The weather was gorgeous so I was getting some sun in my backyard. Then I spotted this guy....there was about a 5 minute chase through the backyard. I won

22 images taken with 50D and MP-E 65mm at 5x using 0.06mm steps with a Cognisys Stackshot and stacked in Zerene Stacker.

I've made this pic with a macro reverse ring and a 18-55 kit lens on my D5100, on a nice sunny day.

We hatched successfully 5 painted lady butterflies today! So this also gave a great opportunity for some macro photography.
