Das Überqueren der Saale mit der Fähre MS "Einheit" ist ein kleines Erlebnis. Man können in kurzer Zeit vom Erholungspark "Krumbholz" zum Schlossberg (oder umgekehrt) übersetzen und hat währenddessen einen wunderbaren Blick auf die imposante Schlossanlage. Wenige hundert Meter aufwärts beginnt die "Heimat" des Wassersports und der Wassertouristen.
The ferry "Unity" operates on demand. As a rule, you only have to wait 2-3 minutes for one of the two ferrymen to cross over. From the ferry you have an exceptionally good view of the Bernburg Castle.

Der Naturpark Unteres Saaletal ist ein Naturpark in Sachsen-Anhalt. Er erstreckt sich entlang der Saale von Halle (Saale) bis Nienburg (Saale) und ist durch eiszeitliche Ablagerungen geprägt. Der Naturpark ist relativ regenarm, so dass sich charakteristische Pflanzengemeinschaften gebildet haben. Landschaftliche Besonderheiten sind die Porphyrkuppenlandschaft, die Mansfelder Mulde, der Halle-Hettstedter Gebirgsbrücke sowie das Fuhnetal.
Das Gesamtgebiet umfasst 408 km². Das untere Saaletal wurde bereits 1961 unter Landschaftsschutz gestellt und 2005 zum Naturpark erklärt.
Größere Städte bzw. Ortsteile sind Halle (Saale), Wettin, Alsleben, Bernburg (Saale) und Nienburg (Saale).

The Elbphilharmonie ("Elbe Philharmonic Hall"), popularly nicknamed Elphi,is a concert hall in the HafenCity quarter of Hamburg, Germany, on the Grasbrook peninsula of the Elbe River. It is among the largest in the world.
Zwischen Backsteinsockel und Glasaufbau befindet sich in 37 Metern Höhe ein öffentlich zugänglicher Platz, der als Zugangsebene für das Foyer der Konzertsäle und zum Hotel dient. Zur Plaza gelangt man über eine ca. 80 Meter lange und 21 Meter hohe Rolltreppe (die sogenannte Tube) und eine zweite, kürzere Rolltreppe. Teil der Plaza ist ein Außenrundgang um das gesamte Gebäude. Von hier bietet sich eine Aussicht über die Norderelbe, den Hafen, HafenCity und die Innenstadt sowie Einblicke nach oben in die verschiedenen Ebenen des Konzertfoyers.

Bad Gandersheim (bis 1932 Gandersheim) ist eine Kurstadt im niedersächsischen Landkreis Northeim. Die Stadt, deren Namensbestandteil Bad sich auf ihr Soleheilbad bezieht, liegt westlich des Harzes. Nach der Dichterin Roswitha von Gandersheim wird die Stadt auch „Roswithastadt“ genannt.

Das Gestüt Harzburg ist in Bündheim, Stadt Bad Harzburg im Landkreis Goslar in Niedersachsen gelegen. Es ist das älteste deutsche Vollblutgestüt.
Das Gestüt wurde im Jahre 1413 von Bernhard I., Herrscher des Herzogtums Braunschweig-Lüneburg gegründet.[1]
Gegen Ende seiner Lebenszeit befand sich Luciano im Besitz des Gestütes, der als gewinnträchtigstes Rennpferd aller Zeiten in Deutschland Geschichte schrieb. Bedeutendster Zuchthengst von November 2009 bis Oktober 2016 war Adlerflug, der im Gestüt Schlenderhan aufwuchs und eine Gewinnsumme von über 600.000 Euro erbrachte. Adlerflug ist auch der Namensgeber der Adlerflug-Lounge auf der nahen Rennbahn Bad Harzberg (Bündheim).

On a small square in Mulhouse, stuck to a wall, this letterbox is still fighting the death of postal mail in the face of modern technology. It has become a support for the street arts, giving it a new urban life, at least for a passing photographer.
Sur une placette de Mulhouse, collée à un mur cette boîte aux lettres lutte encore de façon très sainte à la mort du courrier postal face aux technologies modernes. Elle devient alors un support aux arts de la rue qui lui donne une nouvelle vie urbaine, en tous les cas pour un photographe de passage.

Die Burg Gebhardshagen ist eine ehemalige Wasserburg in Salzgitter-Gebhardshagen. Mit ihrer ersten urkundlichen Erwähnung als Burg Hagen 1186 gehört sie zu den ältesten Wasserburgen im Braunschweiger Land. Nach kriegerischen Zerstörungen 1406 und während des Dreißigjährigen Kriegs wurde die Anlage jeweils wieder aufgebaut. Im 16. Jahrhundert wurde sie herzoglicher Gerichts- und Amtssitz. Nachdem die Burg ihre militärische Bedeutung verloren hatte, diente sie ab der Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts bis 1986 als landwirtschaftliche Domäne.
