Inspired by an idea in a horoscope and an important day in need of commemoration, I left 6 of these offerings around Seattle super early this morning. Boo drove because she is THE BESTEST BUDDY EVER. The girl got up at 5am for me.
I like thinking of the strangers who picked them up. And I liked decorating some otherwise dark places with little rocks and good fortunes.
Bought because it reminded me of a gorgeous photograph I saw of a pink Dahlia with Gypsophila. The Gypsophila is not flowering yet, but I have planted that, too.

... must really be '23'.
When we ate at the Chinese restaurant for my birthday three days ago, I had this saying in my furtune cookie. And that's what I always say ... 'The beginning is always the hardest.' That's so true! Trust me.
Do you see, that the number 23 is showing up twice under my 'Lucky Numbers'? And that on my 23rd birthday... Is that a fluke?

Can anybody tell me where this is in Torquay? It's been recently boarded up to deter rough sleepers.

My twist on the Project 365, this time tracking down the actual numbers to mark the days.
What’s allowed: numbers depicted by figures, ordinals (first, second, 13th etc), roman numerals, words. Photos can be taken at any time, but must have been taken especially for this project.
Restrictions: numbers must be “found” or “natural”, so writing a missing number on a piece of paper and photographing it is not allowed. Times on digital clocks etc may be included, but must have been taken at the actual time (so no setting the time forward or back for convenience).
Added restrictions: pictures must be taken with a 50mm lens, plus use of an extension tube for macro shots. Minimal cropping/enhancement.
