My lucky number is 12, so I pictured this branch with twelve new buds.
Thanks for taking time to fave, comment and look at my work. I really appreciate.

"As I gaze into my crystal ball, the future is not clear.....
but if your lucky number is seven, then you may have a great year"!
When I took this shot, the droplet was so tiny that even in the viewfinder, I didn't notice this number 7 staring back at me. All I saw was the camera focus locking on to the surface detail. The depth of field here was so shallow that even on this tiny 2mm drop, I could choose between the surface reflection, or the detail in the refraction!
The apparent number seven here is actually the outline created by my roofline and the top of the back fence.
Taken with my Sony RX10 at almost 480mm equivalent combined with the Nisi close up lens.
Boosted and tilted for Slider Sunday. HSS!

Shot with full spectrum IR Sony camera. Reflected light beyond the visible spectrum gives a very different view of the world... realism isn't the desired outcome, which is just as well as it's not really possible!

SHAPE OF MY HEART by STING
WHAT IS THE SHAPE OF MY HEART WITHOUT HIM
Addiction is a funny thing; it takes you by surprise
You think that you're just having fun;
not aware you're telling lies
He gambled away all that he had,
didn't realise until it was gone
now he shuffles through the darkness;
eyes cast down to hide his shame
He doesn't even see me closely following
he is hollowed out from deep within
we move in very different circles now;
we live through varied; indifferent times
His steps are small and slow; unhurried;
he has no place to go.
my steps are faster; quickly hurrying
I wonder if he even knows
and if he feels me as I pass him by
he shows no trace of recognition;
doesn't question why
He gambled everything we had
he gambled away his life
the stakes were high;
but when the chips were down
he gambled away our love
I spent so long in trying to save him
because he wouldn't save himself
reasoning became so pointless; futile;
he wouldn't fight to spare my health
he sold my art to feed his habit
sold my diamond engagement ring
with sapphires like my bright blue eyes
now clouded when I sing
but what is the definition of addiction
can anyone among us tell me why
I would waste my life in chasing something
that was only born to live so long then die
what is the shape of my heart without him
it lies broken; shattered on the floor
the angels tried to piece it back together again
but it will never be as good as it was before
Once something so very beautiful is broken
there's a fragile weakness that remains
and the glue that once held you altogether
never sets as fast or strong again.

My artwork is a compilation of 5 of my photographs
11 holds 2 within, and 2 includes 11, in the unintended profundity of Roman numerals. This is from a cardboard cover, 1905 France.
Yes Zoltar, you are correct. I am one of the most handsome men to ever live on planet earth. My intellect is beyond compare and no one can compete with how humble I am. For my dollar I expected more than what I already know. My complaint with you is these so called lucky numbers. While they are numbers I do not feel that are really lucky at all. Based on your ticket I waged two dollars on the lottery. I did not win. I AM NOT HAPPY! So, I believe that you owe me a new Fujifilm XF 10-24 lens. While that is quite a bit less than the $700,000,000 that you cost me, I will settle. By the way, to show my gratitude I will give you a 4 star review on the site of you choice. I will up it to a 5 star if you throw in a new tripod.
Thanks,
Tracy

For some # 13 might be considered unlucky but not for me! It is the day my sister, one of my best friends, was born. I consider it one of my luckiest numbers, because I cannot think of my life without her. Shall I make thing more dramatic by saying it was a Friday?
The whole thing screams at me to contribute for FlckrFriday 's LuckyNumber theme this week. It would be a pity not to, right?
Thank you for your visit friends, have a great and sunny, and very lucky week ahead :))
A Brinks combination lock, submitted for the Flickr Friday theme, "Lucky Number."
Strobist info:
The lock was illuminated by two Nikon SB900 speedlights positioned 90° CL/CR. They were three-feet above and two-feet away from the subject, pointing down at 45°. The speedlights were each fired in Manual mode @ 1⁄64 power through Neewer 24" x 24" soft boxes. The red LED of a Coast TX10 Quad Color flashlight was shown during an exposure of 1⁄30 s.
The SB900's were triggered by three PocketWizard Plus X's.
Lens: Tokina AT - X M100 AF PRO D (AF 100mm f / 2.8 Macro).
