A saga. A year ago, my old friend the Canon camera developed a fault. The camera shop didn’t know whether it was the camera body or the lens. I bought and tried out a second hand lens. Since then, the camera has worked perfectly. Last week I took a small risk and bought a different lens. Off I ventured with it. Unfortunately the new lens was completely unsuited to the circumstances. Out came the iPhone. This is a boat at Wells Harbour in the light from the moon. So my day worked out, if not to plan.

Histoire de cabines : Bernières sur mer

Les cabines de plage, installées face à la mer souvent sur les plages, dunes ou fronts de mer, sont avant tout un héritage des congés payés et de l' interdiction aux femmes de se dévêtir sur les plages. Ces cabines font parties aujourd'hui du patrimoine local que certains veulent détruire au nom de la loi littoral (comme à Sangatte en 2021). Mais ces cabines, ne font elles pas parties de nos mémoires alimentés par nos souvenirs.

I've been looking for a photo I could turn into pop art - a really strong 'in your face' image.

I posted a number of experimental processing images in 2017, and I intend to carry this on through this year, as well as posting more of my older pictures.

Lemon ...with a seed just below the surface in the pulp.I have had a thing for all things lemon in the past year or so. No idea why. :o)
