Arriva lose the B12 to Go Ahead London next month.
ENX27 is seen in Bexley having just completed the loop via Joydons Wood and Leyton Cross, anti clockwise as it was an afternoon journey.
This bus has spent its whole career at Dartford, but with the fleet number 4035 for the first half of its life, prior to renumbering into the London sequence.

28th May 2018. Usually I will go and stand against the wall on the far right in the picture where you can get a good view of anything coming out of Keighley. However I wanted something different and as the sun was in the right location I walked down the path and under the bridge to get a photograph from the other side.
In the picture you can see BR 4F 0-6-0 No.43924 running the Keighley loop before it reverses into Keighley Station to collect her coaches for the last train of the day to Oxenhope. Although No.43924 has BR numbering she was built at Derby Works in 1920 by the Midland Railway. She is only one of four Fowler Midland Big Goods design of her Class in preservation; and while No.43924 was built under the auspices of the Midland Railway. The other three engines in preservation where built by the London Midland Scottish Railway.

Today we have a special sketch "by me" it is the latest creation #9 from the "FSU", Flying Stuff
University, "FLCDSL" Flying Lawn Chair Design Studio Laboratory, this beauty was designed by
another transfer student from "MIT" Martian Institute of Technology, she being a bright young
Martian girl named Malissa Hallass, from Syrtis, she transferred to "FSU" with a full Scholarship
from the Rescue Randy Advanced Crash Test Dummy Research Scholarship Fund, after vacationing
with Randy while he was busy saving a planet from assured destruction from a rogue asteroid named Bigrock. Randy vaporized the Bigrock with a (GAVBW), Gofish Asteroid Vaporizer Beam Weapon,
Malissa was doing a ride along for MIT work experience credits, Randy talked her into
transferring to FSU, we at the Blog believe the two are still dating.
The Loop Coupe Flyer is using the still sketchy unapproved for Worm Hole Travel "RGAGIT"
Radon Gas Anti Gravity Intergalactic Transport Drive system. Piloting the Loop Coupe is
test pilot Markdick Gofish, and you see his brother Limpy in the chase Glider, a beautiful
B&R Musdontneedaroad GT.
The Loop Coupe is a thing of beauty constructed around a simple nylon weave lawn chair from
Walmart, with bamboo sticks connected with heavy duty zip ties and covered in Lustrous sateen
weave sheets made from 100% certified organic cotton, the only thing holding this beauty from
bolting into worm hole 10 and heading to Lippo the Blue Moon is the final certification from
"GAS" Gofish Astrophysics Services.
Testing is going well and we have heard number 9 a beauty and a joy to fly says Mardick,
after only six days in the air over the FSU campus here in the rolling Anaheim Hills.
We will have an update soon and possibly get a chance to sketch the new number 10 Flyer code
named "POD 10" the experimental design from Doris Kagler and the team at "FLCDSL"
till then taa ta the Rod Blog.

My first visit to Snowdonia & the Mach Loop in Wales this year and we were treated to some great passes by a variety of aircraft.
We had to endure some freezing cold wind early on but the weather improved in the afternoon and I got to see my first F-15's strutting their stuff.
Location was the Bwlch Lower shelf.
As the sun fades away in Northern NSW, PHC002 and PHC001 wait patiently in Togar loop on 1495N bound for Werris Creek. The service was waiting to cross 5495N which was running from Werris Creek to Sandgate over the weekend due to the upcoming shutdown.

Another new stitch for me. The longer row across the bottom, decorated with buttonhole stitch, is loop stitch. All the rest are knotted loop stitch. I had to work a row of loop stitch to see the difference.
Thoughts of a train driver and his RHTT operating mate...
'Let's stop here for a half hour. We can watch the village idiot running round the place like a loon with his camera whilst he photographs every nut and bolt of our train...'
I'm sure at least some of the crews love watching our antics, and I'm sure the crew of 3S71 would think the world had collapsed if they didn't see me somewhere round Rhyl and Prestatyn.
So, to buck the trend, here's another shot at Abergele and Pensarn with westbound 3S71 tucked in the down passenger loop, 56105 nearest, 56078 at the front.

After the westbound shuttle has dropped off the last of its passengers in Bay Head, the train heads through the iconic Bay Head Loop before yarding their train. The loop was constructed in the late 1800s in order to be able to turn trains in Bay Head, as there were no cab cars back then. GP40PH-2 4101 is no stranger to the loop, after rounding it hundreds of times as CNJ GP40P 3672.

Within the header for 150 psig Steam, the temperature within can be in the 370-450 degrees Fahrenheit range in this part of the plant. Steel piping definitely expands in dimension when heated up to that range. This omega-shaped loop is meant to deal with the linear expansion. The curved loops are only seen in the part of the plant that was established in the 1920s and 30s. Today, the same function is addressed by an arrangement of straight piping and elbows assembled into a ‘U’ shape, most always positioned in a horizontal plane above the main run of piping.
English;
The Loop (historically Union Loop) is the two mile circuit of elevated railroad that forms the hub of the 'L' rapid transit system in Chicago, Illinois. The Loop is so named because the railroad loops around a rectangle formed by Lake Street (north side), Wabash Avenue (east), Van Buren Street (south), and Wells Street (west). The surrounding area is also known as The Loop community area. Numerous accounts assert that the use of this term predates the elevated railroad, deriving from the multiple cable car turntables, or loops, that terminated in the district, and especially those of two lines that shared a loop, constructed in 1882, bounded by Madison, Wabash, State, and Lake.
However, after extensive research of the issue, transportation historian Bruce Moffat concluded that "the Loop" was not used as a proper noun until after Charles Yerkes' 1895–97 construction of the elevated hub.
