I was going through some of my old festival photos and I came upon my shots of the British band Loop that I never posted. Then, oddly enough, I just found out that they released a new album called Sonancy and will be touring at least England in the fall. I really enjoyed seeing them at Austin Psych Fest a few years back and am glad Robert Hampson is still making music!

Light Stalking, Mobile Monday

The HO tracks at the San Diego Model Railroad Museum are patterned after real life stretches of rails. The Tehachapi Loop is a section built to overcome mountainous terrain north of Los Angeles. The train goes into a tunnel, climbs out, then circles over itself to finish its climb.
