A girl form Wuhan, China.

It's a long while since I've been drinking a good, Italian cappuccino. We took our machine with us, but I prefer the ones made in the Italian bar.

This one is taken almost 1 year ago, I'm digging in the archives, looking if there's something interesting and trying to clean up a bit.

The war in Ukraine has impacted Moldova, particularly due to Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure causing widespread power outages in Moldova. “We’ve got enough wood to last us through the year,” says Tatiana as she lights up the fireplace.

To be sure and certain, to figure out everything is to be completely dead inside, and missing the whole point of being alive. What our hearts truly yearn for, is the unknown and the mysterious, that just lie beyond the fog of perception, waiting to surprise and elate us.

These shots were made in my garden last summer.

Thanks Patricia for this great idea.

Another batch from the cheap camera I bought at a flee market for only 10 SEK (a little more than a buck, american). This time I put some tungsten slide film through it and cross processed, which heightened the "washed out" feel of the pictures.

Taken with Luminox 356SL analog camera. Expired and cross processed Kodak Ektachrome 160T (unknown age).

Captured from a wedding party. Palms of a lady, holding flower.

we are pet sitting a neighbor's beta fish.

my daughter quickly figured out that the beta was "interested" in little animal figurines placed beside his bowl.

so last night my husband used this little bunny to get the fish to perform.

what was off-camera for him, was the main attraction for me.

Went to the barber shop yesterday.

The barber who owns this dog was out at lunch.

His lunchbreaks breaks her heart, almost.

Playful, surreal narratives designed by artist Carla Torres have been painted onto 715 feet of concrete barrier in Tribeca along the Hudson River Greenway near Pier 25.

Torres’ design is inspired by silhouetted shadow puppets and a narrative based on the longing for spring and the playful energy of the cyclists and pedestrians who use the park on a daily basis.

These worn out Birkenstocks of my girlfriend remind me of warmer times. It's november now, itś windy and rainy outside (sigh). Taken at the porch of the holiday house in Denmark we often rent.

Nature never did betray the heart that loved her.

... to be let out into the snow.

This is me trying to look sad and gothic without looking miserable - which is usually what happens when I don't smile. This is pretty much my personal favourite from the Gothic Girl set.

Still longing for the fresh, crisp snow! I look on the webcams on a day to day basis and watch the first snow reach the Dolomites. Great! This is a picture taken back in 2003 with my Sony point&shoot. It's one of my favourites.

i really love the perspective of this shot
