First set of photos with my new Canon 550d
re-shot on with the Canon, Lock 86 on the K&A Canal, Greenham Lock
HDR image using my custom Red setting. Then finished in Photoshop with Nik filter.

1"dia. stainless steel loop lag bolted into concrete with 3/4"x8" lag bolt. Then nut welded in place. "Kryptonite" coated high tensile braided security line runs through wheels,frame and front fork. M/C has factory Harley motion alarm with audible siren,flashers, and ignition disable.
The city of Lock Haven is the county seat of Clinton County, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. This padlock is on the hide at Holland Haven, one of my local nature reserves. I'm not really sure if I'm even supposed to go there for my exercise under the current lockdown. Hopefully things will start to improve soon!

Update (4 June 2008): The top lock gate at Aldwarke has been removed for repair following a breakdown. This repair is taking place off site and is expected to take approximately one week, after which the gate will need to be re-installed in the lock. We are doing as much as we can to re-open the lock as soon as possible and an update will be produced on Friday 13 June. British Waterways apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
2 June 2008: The top lock gates at Aldwarke have sustained damage and the lock is inoperable. The locks at Eastwood and Kilnhurst have been isolated from public operation for safety concerns. British Waterways apologises for any inconvenience caused while this is being rectified. An update will be issued on Wednesday 4 June.
