Looking through some old shots, found this one and played around with mono processing as part of my #lockdown2021 set.
Reasons to be Cheerful : Part II, the long-awaited sequel! Another shot from yesterday's sunrise. Please be aware, I took 36 of them! This is just about a mile from the end of my drive. I have walked / ridden / driven past it thousands of times in the 46 years that I have lived in Ravenshead but only spotted its potential a couple of years ago.
Last of the sunsets from a few days ago. The overnight temperatures have soared and all the snow has gone. Is Spring on the way?!?

C&C would be much appreciated on this one.
Caption definitely doesn't refer to how 'tight' I am with my money but to the fact that since Lockdown in March 2020 I haven't been to the Cashpoint to get any cash out with most places only accepting contactless card payments. In fact I bought this new purse last February but these days rarely take it out with me because my DD and donor cards fit nicely into my 'fraud safe' mobile phone cover. To give it a fairly aged look I put it through Lightroom CC
Found in my archive a definitive picture for 2021 lockdown. Stay comfy in your homes, safe, protected and healthy.

I was walking round to my bubble-buddy's place fro a few beers, this afternoon, and spotted this one en route. Snapped with my S10 phone-cam.
We went for a walk along the Trent, yesterday, and finished up buying a couple of "bargains" at the garden centre. These take the in-house orchid count to 63!
It's bitter cold and snowing so I'm confined to barracks for the day! As the last two (of seven!) heads fade on one stem, the next one is ready to take their place.

On another wander in the tail end of 2021 lockdown.

After a long lockdown, flights out of Melbourne are starting to happen again. But the airport is still cavernously empty and quiet between flights.

A couple more shots from last Friday's rideout. King's Mill Viaduct Waterfall. This is where the river Maun flows out of King's Mill Reservoir. Plenty of water in the river, following some pretty heavy rain!
