This small café area is well lit with both artificial and natural lighting. Small tables and chairs provide meeting spaces for relaxed conversation and informal group collaboration. This area encourages social meetings between staff, students and community users alike. The seating style encourages short stays rather than all day visits and users can move to more comfortable areas for longer working periods.
These are photos taken on my trip to Europe and the UK with a girl friend in October to November 2012. My camera I had then wasn't good with low light so some of these shots are not great but I have put them as my memories of the trip.
We took the bus to Chichester and had a walk around... dodging the showers. It was rather cold. This is our last day in England. Next stop Paris.
Chichester Cathedral has fine architecture in both the Norman and the Gothic styles, and has been described by the architectural critic Ian Nairn as "the most typical English Cathedral". Despite this, Chichester has two architectural features that are unique among England's medieval cathedrals—a free-standing medieval bell tower (or campanile) and double aisles.[4] The cathedral contains two rare medieval sculptures, and many modern art works including tapestries, stained glass and sculpture, many of these commissioned by Walter Hussey (Dean, 1955–77).
The spire of Chichester Cathedral, rising above its green copper roof, can be seen for many miles across the flat meadows of West Sussex and is a landmark for sailors, Chichester being the only medieval English cathedral which is visible from the sea.

with impeccable timing as always i am now posting my most christmassy photo - on the day when most people take down their decorations. i only took it a couple of days ago so there was no chance of posting it at the end of last year, and i figured better late than waiting 11 and a half months. the christmas tree was in covent garden in london, and standing at 20 metres (65 feet) it's the tallest i've ever seen in my life. here's a short little timelapse of when they put up all of the christmas decorations to get you in the festive spirit... dammit i really should have got there earlier. merry everyone!
here's the original
On these leaf photos, I mostly changed the contrast and that's all :>) I've found out these are Hobblebush or Moose Bush leaves from the Viburnum alnifolium plant which I found on the lower slopes of Mt. Kearsarge in Wilmot, NH
I used three flashlights to lit this tree trunk, and I jumped around in the background with my flash to lighten the leaves during the long exposure.
Side lit with an old Minolta Speed Light.

The final stages of sunset were brilliant oranges and yellows. I wish it could have lasted longer. I was almost blind by the time I sat and watched the sun completely set. I saw spots for a long time! LOL
