I hiked several miles up onto the new section of the Foothills Parkway last January before it opened up to make these pictures. I believe it is one of the prettiest views of the Smoky Mountains particularly since you can drive there now that it is open.
This section of the parkway is known as the "Missing Link"

A heavy chain suspended from our Yew tree. We inherited it when we moved in. I suspect it was used in some kind of paint spraying operation.
Stacks Wood, books is an art work by David Harper. Created in 2005 at The Stone Quarry Hill Art Park, Cazenovia, N.Y.
Harper, a Cazenovia-based, artist is telling us a story in Stacks. From a fallen tree to the page of a book, the transformation of wood is represented in this bookcase.

**La cathédrale Saint-Just-et-Saint-Pasteur est le monument le plus prestigieux de la ville de Narbonne** : fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cath%C3%A9drale_Saint-Just-et-Saint.... C'est une construction d'architecture de style gothique qui a remplacé des lieux de culte édifiés au centre de la ville. Sa particularité réside dans le fait qu'elle est inachevée (seul le chœur est présent) et que sa hauteur sous voutes en fait la quatrième plus haute de France (41 m sous voûte, après Beauvais à 48 m et Amiens et Metz à 42 m). Ce monument presque disproportionné au regard du reste de la ville, fut l'un des chantiers les plus ambitieux de la France post-médiévale et l'une des œuvres les plus savantes des débuts du XIVe siècle.
Cette église fait l’objet d’un classement au titre des monuments historiques par la liste de 1840. Le cloître fait l’objet d’un classement au titre des monuments historiques depuis le 18 avril 1914. Un ensemble de sites archéologiques attenants fait l’objet d’un classement au titre des monuments historiques depuis le 8 juillet 1937.

Después de cuatro años no se me permite poner el link a mi web... es increíble! Probablemente es una consecuencia al mensaje de Israel, no creo en las coincidencias y menos cuando muchos usuarios lo hacen.
