What to do with several hours to kill at Chicago O'Hare airport? Well, I headed over to the United Terminal to hang out in the tunnel connecting concourses B and C.
This is a three-shot HDR image of one of the side walls and ceiling in the tunnel.
The neon light sculpture on the ceiling is knows as Sky's the Limit by Michael Hayden.

Lake Powell is a reservoir on the Colorado River, straddling the border between Utah and Arizona (most of it, along with Rainbow Bridge, is in Utah). It is the second largest man-made reservoir in the United States behind Lake Mead, storing 24,322,000 acre feet of water when full. Lake Powell was created by the flooding of Glen Canyon by the controversial Glen Canyon Dam, which also led to the creation of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, a popular summer destination. The reservoir is named for explorer John Wesley Powell, a one-armed American Civil War veteran who explored the river via three wooden boats in 1869. In 1972, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area was established. It is public land managed by the National Park Service, and available to the public for recreational purposes. It lies in parts of Garfield, Kane, and San Juan counties in southern Utah, and Coconino County in northern Arizona. The northern limits of the lake extend at least as far as the Hite Crossing Bridge.

The Baquedano square (mainly known as Italia square by inhabitants of Santiago) is one of the key milestones of this metropolitan area. This place, where Providencia avenue change our name to Alameda Bernardo O´Higgins (or simply Alameda), and others avenues like Vicuña Mackenna ends here, is a symbolic place for ´santiaguinos´. Celebrations (when the chilean soccer team win the last 2 Copa América), demonstrations (specially on 20111) and other kind of situations (is used as a meeting point) generate an special status for this urban place.

El sector de la Plaza Baquedano (conocida comúnmente como "Plaza Italia" por los Santiaguinos), es uno de los principales puntos de esta área metropolitana de casi 7 millones de habitantes. Este lugar, donde la Av. Providencia cambia su nombre a "Alameda Bernardo O´Higgins" (o simplemente "Alameda") rumbo al poniente (y donde otras calles como Vicuña Mackenna finalizan su largo periplo de sur a norte) es sin duda, un lugar simbólico para los santiaguinos). Celebraciones (como cuando la selección chilena ganó las últimas 2 Copas América), protestas (desde el movimiento "No Más AFP" hasta las estudiantiles de 2006 y 2011) y un sinfín de situaciones (este lugar se usa como punto de encuentro para muchas situaciones casuales, como una reunión), crean un estatus especial para este lugar citadino, que en el reciente verano no perdía su frenético movimiento.

À la limite exacte entre ciel et océan, la couleur fait tout le travail. Une bande noire, un champ orangé, quelques nuages à peine esquissés : le paysage se dépouille jusqu’à frôler l’abstraction. Un coucher de soleil dans les Landes, à La Jenny, qui ressemble moins à une photographie qu’à une toile minimaliste.

While at a roadside pullout along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The setting is looking to the south with a black bear that was meandering down the road. I captured a few images as it moved back-and-forth from one side to the other. This one image I liked most out of the collection as it had the bear seemingly looking at the posted speed limit sign.

The cherry blossoms are taken at McKay Avenue Vancouver.
It was windy in the afternoon and I forgot to change to higher ISO. The shutter speed may not be freezing all the movements.
So this is not really sharp and focused shot. Anyway I think it does not undermine the beauty of the blossoms.

Villoslada de Cameros es un municipio y localidad española de la comunidad autónoma de La Rioja. El término municipal, ubicado en la comarca de Cameros, tiene una población de 348 habitantes (INE 2023).
Está integrado en la comarca de Cameros, concretamente en la subcomarca de Camero Nuevo, situándose a 50 km de Logroño por la carretera N-111, que atraviesa el término municipal en el kilómetro 286.
El extenso término municipal ocupa buena parte de la cara norte de la Sierra Cebollera, que incluye el parque natural del mismo nombre. El río Iregua, que nace en el territorio, forma un profundo valle en su descenso de sur a norte, recibiendo el aporte de los numerosos arroyos de la zona y del río Mayor. Por el oeste, las sierras de Frihuela y Castejón, integradas en el Sistema Ibérico, hacen de límite, junto con la Sierra Cebollera al sur, con la provincia de Soria. En Villoslada hay un centro de interpretación del parque natural de la Sierra de Cebollera.
El techo del municipio es una enorme planicie llamada La Mesa (2168 m) que comparte con Lumbreras de Cameros. El segundo punto más elevado, que da nombre a la sierra, es el pico Cebollera (2141 m), compartido con los municipios de El Royo y Sotillo del Rincón. El núcleo urbano se alza a 1072 m sobre el nivel del mar.
Villoslada de Cameros is a municipality and town in the autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain. The municipality, located in the region of Cameros, has a population of 348 inhabitants (INE 2023).
It is part of the region of Cameros, specifically in the sub-region of Camero Nuevo, located 50 km from Logroño on the N-111 road, which crosses the municipal area at kilometre 286.
The extensive municipal area occupies a good part of the northern face of the Sierra Cebollera, which includes the natural park of the same name. The Iregua River, which rises in the territory, forms a deep valley in its descent from south to north, receiving the contribution of the numerous streams in the area and the Mayor River. To the west, the Frihuela and Castejón mountain ranges, integrated into the Iberian System, form a limit, together with the Sierra Cebollera to the south, with the province of Soria. In Villoslada there is an interpretation centre for the Sierra de Cebollera natural park.
The highest point of the municipality is a huge plain called La Mesa (2168 m) which it shares with Lumbreras de Cameros. The second highest point, which gives its name to the mountain range, is the Cebollera peak (2141 m), shared with the municipalities of El Royo and Sotillo del Rincón. The town centre is 1072 m above sea level.mar.
