Taken at around 5:30am from a bridge over the TF1 highway at Adeje, Tenerife. This shot looks S towards Los Christianos.

What do you do when you feel trapped? The world on the other side is moving and no one cares. As your world comes to a stand still, you can take a moment and observe. And if you observe carefully, you should notice that you have a unique perspective that no one else has.
After shooting some evening and twilight captures from the rocky beach of York, Maine, had to take a couple light trail shots along the coastal roadway while heading back to the hotel. The coastal town was slowly going to sleep.

So, one from the archives here, taken back in february.
I felt oddly compelled to do a bit of selective colouring with this frame (full mono in comments). Personally, I think I prefer this full monochrome image although I always enjoy a bit of selective colouring when applied well. Just not sure if it works in this instance.
