Night shot of the Balmoral Hotel on Princes Street, in Edinburgh's, Scotland.
Long exposure, taken with a Joby Gorillapod-mounted Nikon D40 and a Nikkor AFS DX 18-55mm F/3.5-5.6G II lens, and processed in GIMP and Photoscape.
Capture taken during the Junen motorcycle trip to the Dolomites. Just arrived midnight at Passo Sella to take some midnight and sunrise shots. Still a few remaining snow patches around. The car just came in when doing this 3 min capture. All a good start into this new week! Thanks, Udo.

After the visit at the Christmas market in Esslingen we parket at the "Tor im Remstal" and took some lighttrail pictures!
Not been out much other than dog walks but managed to get out this morning for a pretty spectacular sunrise.
Hopefully find time to have a look at them in the next few days.
This portrait version of my evening at Ferrybridge a few days before the demolition has been hanging around for a while now so for lack of anything new to post this will have to do.

There are a lot of Christmas-tree-looking trees along seaside in this town. Very strange.
This was from the balcony in our accomodation.
The big tree in front even got some twinkle stars but absolutely disturbing my view.
The high-rise buildings in the middle far away are
in Surfers Paradise.
This was a very rainy day's blue hour.
The sky turned really red after this.
This was a fun thing to try and capture. My husband took me to a lookout that has a winding road up to it. The trouble was, there were no cars going up and down, by the time it was dark, everyone had gone home. So HE drove up and down the road for me...at least 6 times!!! This was a double exposure of him going up and down.
