My corridor was repainted! I love the colours so much, so I considered to start a new series today - the wall project!

I know the weight is heavy
And I know your love is dead
Maybe times have changed for good…
Everyone is leaving and it already seems dark
The world is just a spinning blur around you
When will it end?
Will there be another turn of the page
And will there be another audience of pretty faces
All I can assure you is there will be something better
Fighters always win
The night is always darkest before the dawn
So turn the next corner and explore a new street
For an audience of angels will catch your fall
Shed the tears that are held inside
And even run till you bleed
Just don’t turn out the lights.
Dedicated to some people in my life that I am hoping the best for... and for pasts to be overcome.
Check out a behind the scenes shot in my facebook album!
Very old light switches in an abandoned building (part of an old timber yard) Must go back again with a macro lens (and a hard hat!)

#5278 - 2022 Day 164: Enjoyable visit to Bracknell Camera Club this evening to comment on the award-winning images in their exhibition. I always love the looks on photographers' faces when I break out my camera in the clubroom. What could I possibly see to photograph ... ? :-)

SOOC!!!! (Nahh, just kidding haha...that would be awesome though...)
So I've finally done a manipulation that I like =D It's not the greatest thing in the world *cough* NOISE *cough* but it actually came out the way I was almost hoping and that makes me happy =]
I also have a half day at school tomorrow then Christmas Break which makes me even happier XD.
Alternatives are in comments (Yes I spent time manipulating four different shots the same way because I am indecisive lol =)
Secret Number Seventeen: I'm afraid of growing up and forgetting what it was like when I didn't have a care in the world.

Old houses in the Árbæjarsafn Museum in Reykjavík. This was normal, once upon a time, not too long ago, and quite a lot of people remember items like these. When I switched memory cards in my camera, I thought to myself: will I one day go to a museum and see my Canon, my photo gear... as antique old-fashioned stuff? No... just wait a couple of years...
Árbæjarsafn is the historical museum of the city of Reykjavík as well as an open air museum and a regional museum. The living environment of past generations is re-created in an authentic manner. The museum's purpose is to enhance interest, understanding and respect for the history of Reykjavík, and to ensure that everyone has access to the city’s cultural heritage.

Just a shadow coming from a perpendicular window early one morning. Trees outside made interesting patterns on the wall and window frame. Typical of houses out here, our walls have rounded off corners and a bumpy texture. I'd prefer smooth, but not about to re-drywall a whole house.
