هذه التجربة الثانية لإنعكاس الإضاءة و في هذه المرة تعدد للألوان (الأصفر و الأحمر) لتجربة التأثير.

The second test on light reflection, this time I used multi color (Yellow and Red) to findout how the light reflection effect will be.

Floating candles in a glass bowl, lighted up as part of the celebration for Diwali, the festival of lights, celebrated as part of the Hindu religion. This is one of the most important festivals as part of the Hindu religion. As part of the festival, it has become custom to light lamps (over the ages, this has been oil lamps and now lamps / electrical lighting fixtures) around and outside the home or office establishment. As part of the mythology surrounding the festival, it celebrates the return of Lord Rama from his 14 year exile, after defeating the demon king Ravan. Diwali also marks the end of the harvest season and also invoking the blessings of the Goddess Lakshmi (Goddess of wealth) and inviting her into the home, symbolizing the prayers for inviting more wealth into the house.

This photo shows a floating candle kept in a glass bowl. The flame of the candle has been extinguished for now.

A unique capture of the glowing city light of Penticton. This was shot from an undeveloped lot in Trout Creek and looks wonderful on a black background.

Even when I was here and could see everything that’s excluded in this picture this part of what I saw disoriented me. It’s looking into a swimming pool of still water under a roof of glass panels. I think the color is from the water, but there might also be paint on the bottom and sides of the pool. When people are in the water I’m sure they aren’t confused by this, partly because their movement prevents such a steady reflection and they also see everything else from just above the water towards all around them for context. iPhone 8+ photo.

I was in Laurinburg, NC for a work related event. After the event, since my wife had to work, I continued on to Hamlet to visit the depot and museums. The NFL jersey number 34 was worn by Louis Breeden of the Cincinnati Bengals. The NASCAR racing uniform in the middle was worn by Benny Parsons. The Major League Baseball uniform was the Kansas City Royals uniform worn by Bill Harris.

The trees in the photo have been light-painted to balance the light from the Applecross jetty and the light of the moon about to set behind the clouds.

Today's set of photos has nothing to do with my previous photo of a Volkswagen Beetle, it's simply a coincidence. I just happened to drive past a sign for a car show named 'Dubbing in Dorset 2011' today so simply had to stop briefly to see what was going on.

I really enjoy seeing old cars and I always find VW Beetles to be incredibly photogenic. :)

Hwamyeong was my home for over a year and I love it
