And 3 other cars and a pickup truck. One car and the truck are destroyed. A light pole also was taken out when the Jeep hit the truck so hard it went onto the curb and through it.
I was not in my car, thank goodness. I was in my kitchen contemplating a pizza. None of the other car owners were in theirs either. This picture was taken from my bedroom window.
He hung out for a while and really let me get right under him to take some pics. He flew away and came back after a while to the same spot. We have a little creek and a field at the end of the parking lot, so I am sure he was hunting for something.

Two caterpillars journey up the wrong tree. In fact it's not even a tree at all. It's the old familiar light pole at the playground. You may remember it from such shots as swwwwing (The hand that rocks the swing) and The Light is Bright Today.
It was one of those moral dilemas, should I save them? should I redirect them to a tree? It's really the right thing to do. or is it really my place to interfere? What if these are the mutant caterpillars that will soon chew down the whole playground. I'm here with Josie I should really teach her to help out and respect nature. Josie? Josie? Where did you go. Put those rocks down. get the gravel out of your mouth. Why are you all muddy?
Question solved: rescue my own progeny.
Lesson Learned: There is no time to think when parenting. There is only "do" and "do not"
