it's a good day when i have to walk this way.

a handful of people in this city have seen me dance in places not normally reserved for dancing; a significant portion of those people have encountered me here.

Swing and a miss...damn lightpole.

Very beautiful trails along the river banks of the Rum and Mississippi Rivers.

Quartzsite, AZ

Due to the amount of wiring within these seven site light units, junction boxes were required within the precast concrete lighting foundations. Products shown: Light pole bases in Round Rusticated texture

This design of lightpole was thought to be ideal for urban tourism riverfronts of its particular era. Look at that dumpchute.

Main St, Columbia, SC (State House in the background) I know you can't see the snow, but I promise it is snowing. All we get in South Carolina so far is light flurries.

Further note: I saw this person again the next day, carrying flowers again. There's got to be a story here. Also, I noticed it was an older gentleman. I had assumed it was a woman, but there I am making assumptions and see where it gets me.

Day 014. Beautiful day in walnut creek. Got my car fixed, free vs undies, free sephora bday makeup, and played on a $50000 grand piano. Plus it's sunny and not too hot and not raining!!!! Proof of a nice day! :)

I haven't actually read the book, but I heard a related interview about it.

According to this news report the builidng is from the 1970s and apparently the columns of bricks have been falling from the pilasters in a series of massive collapses, one pilaster after another.

Something about this image I really like. I'm not quite sure what it is that I like about it, but I like it anyway.

Re-painting the lightpole out front. Sun was in just the right spot to get the monster hotspot. Just kind of like where the big green blob ended up.

Beautiful sunset near Watertown but I figured there would be enough time to find a scenic spot to take a picture so why not shoot the sunset with the street and light poles?

Steve "Lightpole" Hu walking around with a LowePro CompuTrekker-something on his back. It has wings. I'm the minimalist type, so I'd go with any equipment as long as:

1. I can run away from police, angry mobs, and assassins.

2. I can bust out backflips, jump from insane heights, and fight evil, just like Spiderman.

3. I am able to dance.

I ask Steve why he isn't shooting anything, and he replies, "there's nothing interesting." WHAT?!? :-O But San Francisco is so COOL!

I wonder what backpack Spiderman uses.
