Found this taped to a lightpole in Ferndale, MI. I left the photo in a rather large format for your viewing enjoyment, but if you're too lazy to click for a larger view, here's what it says:

I figured I'd put this up anyways!
A painting for my brother.
Acrylic on gesso, created on a stretched canvas made by me.
That's what I'm calling this shot. Taken from the sidewalk in front of my house. We live at the "top" of a T-shaped intersection, which is also at the bottom of a hill. The pine trees I took all those macro shots of are behind where I'm standing.
That SUV in the shot was purely accidental. And perfect.
The embankment is tall but not as tall as the lightpole. The Uhaul is anthropomorphically opening its eyes wide and exhibiting a combination of anger and disgust. Or fear?

It disturbs me that I never see this kind of information on the lightpoles in English that I can read.
What about us!, maybe our digestive systems are sick too?

In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true.

One of my colleagues called Reno an "old prostitute". Fits it well. But something about being surrounded by mountains gives Reno this very special energy. The evening light is just gorgeous.

08.01.11 It's been a long but good day. There are many things I don't like about this image, but I try my best and then learn to accept that when I take a picture of myself every day I'm bound not to like some of them.

Barely half hour later and it was looking like this... then the heavens opned up and down came the rain and all it's sound effects.
Hey ball boy, no jaywalking, you have to press the button, just like everyone else. (Oddly enough I did not press it... I don't think it does anything.)
Is it weird that picture makes me think about "Serial Experiments Lain" ?
And you don't seem to understand
A shame you seemed an honest man
And all the fears you hold so dear
Will turn to whisper in your ear
And you know what they say might hurt you
And you know that it means so much
And you don't even feel a thing
I am falling
I am fading
I have lost it all
And you don't seem the lying kind
A shame that I can read your mind
And all the things that I read there
Candle lit smile that we both share
And you know I don't mean to hurt you
But you know that it means so much
And you don't even feel a thing
I am falling
I am fading
I am drowning, help me to breathe
I am hurting
I have lost it all
I am losing, help me to breathe
