i liked mixing up the colours in this picture - pink/purple leaves on a green background - as well as the feel of the finished image: vibrant but somehow wintery. it's almost like something's about to happen...

Got this photography book authored by John Hedgecoe a few weeks ago. I have been religiously reading the book and then experimenting what I've learned. He talks about emphasizing form and that to achieve the ideal form of an object e.g. fruits, the angle of the light source should be about 45º. I'm still learning these things, so here you go...be the judge.
