Sometimes you have to go against the tide.

This little guy, fell face down at the beginning of his "Rod Dixon`s KIDS Marathon" ceremonial mile race. The good volunteers helped him over to the side, and gave him lots of love, and the proper medical attention. But, I knew, that this moment will soon pass for them, and he would be left feeling like a failure. I saw it in his face.As you can see in this picture, the race had long started, and the families had begun to move toward the finish line, so I gabbed little man and said “ Let`s get it on Champ!” “Muhammad Ali got knocked down, and he gets the praise, and the love of the people today because he got up." Little man didn`t do the whole mile. ( I cut it in half so he could finish with the other kids), but he went through the finish line, and got his medal.
