By Sunday, the roads were clear and there was enough snow left to enjoy an afternoon on the trail, the Company Mill Trail at Umstead State Park in Raleigh, to be exact.

It's amazing what our eyes and brains process everyday. Just in this glimpse I see a complaint about whining, notification of a baby on board, a plea for revolution, a Chevy license plate promotion, a Chinese restaurant promotion, and a bank with "let us take" in the scroll.
It makes me wonder how much of the suggestion from all we see actually sticks and works into our thoughts and decisions.
...but please keep in mind this fellow may have done a tour of duty or two in Afghanistan or Iraq, and therefore should be afforded a bit more respect than normal, given the circumstances.
My neighbor tells me I have to control my "snow joy" but since we're well on our way to a foot of snow and negative temps, what else is there to do but enjoy it?
