Really simple soup-onion,carrot, celery root garlic,homemade veggie stock, lentils and white beans (free from work because they got mixed but they worked really well)

Lentils, chopped tomatoes, fresh ginger, red chilli, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, garlic, fresh coriander, coconut milk.

Delicious, spicy & garlicky - probably better suited to cooler months.
