View of the Michigan Lego Train Club layout from a distance with the massive Allegheny locomotive in the background.
The MichLTC display runs from November 27, 2009 to January 3, 2010 in conjunction with the LEGO Castle Adventure exhibit at The Henry Ford.
If you see this Mr. Sava, it would be great if you could run your LEGO Allegheny on our layout!
My Lego model of the Detroit Public Library main branch. The original structure was designed by famous architect Cass Gilbert in the Beaux-Arts style in 1921.
Due to space limitations, I have appended the modern rear entrance directly onto the original portion of the Library. Even so the Lego model measures some 44 inches long by 17 inches deep.
I have decided to remake my Bilbo's library Moc so that it can fit in the big Lego showcase (best way to fight against the dust 😅).
It was also a way to reduce the floor that was a bit too massive in the previous version. We have lost the woodbeam but they were very fragile.
I hope you will like this version too .
This is the first time I have worked on the original (Brickworld) layout since June! The building on the left has 27 stories and is 360' (108m) tall. It was built on Christmas Eve.
This is the consolidation of Lego sets 40178, 40305, 60097, and 5005358 into one Modular Building Lego Store.
First floor includes the pick a brick wall, the "Cash Wrap," shelves of product, and other displays. The Second floor has additional shelves of products and displays. The Third floor holds the Manager's office area, the stock room, the employee's bathroom, and the minifig factory assembly station. All 4 sets are represented within the building, plus I grabbed a couple of additional parts from 31081 Skate House, (the black 4x3x1 frame for the trap door on the roof, and the printed 2x2x1 graffiti Dk red brick).
I'm back with my newest moc, the Red London Telephone Box.
The model contains 1856 pieces and features lots of interesting details. The door can be opened to reveal an authentic detailed interior, complete with an old fashioned telephone.
As well as the phone box I've also included a British pillar box and a street lamp complete with hanging flower baskets.
I think the iconic London Telephone Box would be a great subject for a LEGO IDEAS set so I've uploaded it to the LEGO IDEAS website. If you like the model I'd be really grateful if you could head over and give the model your support. 10,000 votes and it could become a real set.
Thanks very much.
This model was commissioned by Living Sky Casino in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada. It was unveiled at their 10-year anniversary celebration on December 28, 2018.
Model was built by MEEP Creative Agency (LEGO builder: kellyrev) in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada.
The seven stone-cut murals on the side of the real building were redrawn and printed on vinyl stickers.
Created based on the Brick Builder's Pro (L.G. Orlando), “Town Street” (1 of a set of 4 building instructions from those aftermarket instructions), the “Bay Window Brokers” part was used to map out the basics of this set. The original instruction only depicts a set of essentially 2 boxes, set one on top of the other, with no stairs or other connection other than being on top of the other.
My depiction, provides 8 additional more studs of store front, stairs to the second floor, and some amenities.

This building is based loosely on one of the buildings depicted in the Brickbuilderspro commercial aftermarket instructions -
"Town Street," (www.brickbuilderspro.com/shop-instructions/?sort=featured...).
I tried to keep most of the styling elements, but expand the building to actually accommodate the idea that a minifig(s) could actually live in the structure, rather than just a box that was more facade than structure.

First Floor.
Converted from the Palace Cinema, this is the establishment that it was yearning to be. With elements from Ninjago and a kitchen stocked from an extra Parisian Cafe, this restaurant has had it's footprint expanded to allow easy dining for all minifigs who want a nice asian meal.
A flower field.
The Lego goat became a rare element for a few years. Once Lego produced a collectable minifig of the goatherd I decided to build him a tranquil farm to live on.
There are a few stories added to the model for intrest and intrigue
My LEGO model of the Fisher Building is for the first time displayed inside the real Fisher Building. It will be at the Pure Detroit store until early January, 2014.

👨💻 We begin with the Forum of Caesar, the first of FIVE Imperial Fora designed over the course of a month.
📜 The Imperial Fora were built over the course of three centuries. The first was ordered by Julius Caesar: and the other four by either four or five successive emperors; each vying to outdo the previous, both in opulence and in scale!
Don't miss the very first DESIGN Insights post highlighting Phase II of my ongoing efforts to build all of Ancient Rome, circa mid-4th century CE!
😎 These insights are EXCLUSIVE to Corinthian patrons, and peel back the curtain months before these designs will be shared publicly. The renderings, on the other hand, are shared with patrons of all tiers.
⏳ If you subscribe by August 1st, you'll qualify for the Phase I Commemorative Plaque, as well as the next all-new buildable kit! The Corinthian tier is the MOST COST-EFFECTIVE way of supporting my work and collecting all the exclusive merch!
