I'm sitting working at my desk looking out the window and stressing about the little baby monkey! The mommy has decided to let this little guy learn the ropes (so to speak) and he is jumping from branch to branch in the tree - falling and grabbing and I am stressing more than the monkeys about it! I feel like going and putting a safety net up for the little thing!!

Designed for elementary school students, Learning Pet enriches lessons by creating a physical interface to interact with the virtual world. We demonstrate a number sorting game, where the student interacts with the robot to blast virtual UFO's with the lowest value. Correct answers are celebrated with a wing flap, and each level-up with a dance. We use the Accessory Development Kit to interface with mobile devices while away from the computer.

Vacation Day 4 (warning: picture heavy)
Today was when I wished I knew what it is like to learn how to fly. What it is like to have enough yearning for something to step out of our comfortable, safe nest and do something so daring. I hope I can be a Peter (Matthew 14:22-33)
