The rain has fallen on this hostas leaf creating this large droplet. Inside are the particles of dirt collected by the smaller droplets.

A closeup show of the underside of a leaf. No idea which plant this was, but the leaves were fairly large. The colours were boosted a little to bring out the veins of the leaf.
