Remark: Crystal Lead Mines Company, located in Wallace, Shoshone County, Idaho, was incorporated in the State of Idaho on January 13, 1931. The company forfeited its corporate status on October 1, 1947, due to inactivity.

Crystal Lead Mines Company was incorporated by Eugene P. Campbell, Walter B. Heitfeld, and H. J. Hull.

Claims of the company included the Alpha, Annex, Central, Esther, Grand Trunk, Lead Crystal, Otis, Pine Shade, and Tunnel Site Lode in the Eagle Mining District in Shoshone County, Idaho.
