50chf for both-antique decorative wall lamps

The lemon tree doesn't get enough light to survive without this 65W compact-flourescent gro-lamp. Photo was adjusted for dramatic effect, but the lamp is really, really bright even without crazy contrast...

A little old b&w family snapshot reveals that my parents had a lamp exactly like this back in 1960. A double-dose of nostalgia, you could say!

This is a lamp in my grandma's house. I used to play cribbage with my grandpa on the table under this lamp but then he died. Does that add enough significance to this otherwise unremarkable photograph?
