I got a bunch of newly released Frozen merchandise from the Disney Store today (march 2, 2015). Here are group photos of the LE 17'' Anna, Elsa and Kristoff dolls, and the Frozen Tsum Tsum (which I placed on top of the doll boxes). I haven't opened the doll boxes yet. I also picked up the pre-ordered NeverBeast movie, which is not shown here. More detailed photos shortly.

This is the Chronological Lineup of the Disney Store "Frozen" Limited Edition Dolls.

Disney Store Limited Edition 17" Anna & Kristoff

I decided to redress my Kristoff/BBI hybrid that @kataramov gave me a few years back cuz he’s one of my favourite modern male dolls but I’ve neglected him a fair bit cuz he’s a Disney doll lol. But he surprisingly cleans up well in more modern clothes that isn’t just a padded winter suit.

Kristoff reluctantly agrees to help Princess Anna find her sister in hopes that it will help bring an end to this winter. Anna tells him about her recent engagement. He finds it to be irresponsible that she got engaged to a man she just met that day.

I have since cut the wire off this lantern so the wire is not longer an issue. Ii no longer lights, but I got a few so I do not mind having one that does not really light.

im Rosengarten <3

I had a spare Disney Store Prince Charming body lying around for some months, which turned out to be a perfect match for the clone Kristoff's head, so the head switching happened!

SPOILERS AHEAD:

Animated Frozen Cast vs. Once Upon A Time Frozen Cast. Basically Anna, Elsa,Hans, and Kristoff's outfits look the same as their animated counterparts, and Pabbie basically looks like he crossed from from the animated world into the live action world.

The group heads back to Arendelle. Kristoff is named the official ice keeper of the castle, Olaf is given his own special storm cloud so he will not melt when Elsa brings back summer, Hans stays and works as an Ambassador to The Southern Isles and Anna and Elsa become best friends once again.

The End.

You'll have to watch the real Frozen movie to learn more about Disney's ending. This is the ending that I want. :)

Here are screenshots of Anna Kristoff and Elsa in their new outfits in the upcoming Frozen Short "Olaf's Frozen Adventure: As a fan of Anna and her outfits I gotta she looks beautiful. Kristoff looks very dapper in his outfit. As for Elsa, I HAVE to say I'm in love w/ this new version of her Snow Queen outfit ,and in MY opinion I think it's the best version of her Snow Queen outfit.

CAN'T wait to see the dolls.

Here We have a picture of the "ice guy" Kristoff and "feisty pants" Anna along w/ Sven on their journey to break the icy curse that has been placed over Arendelle and to help Elsa and bring back summer. All I'm missing is Olaf.:)

***THIS POST CONTAINS (OBVIOUSLY) DOLL NUDITY. IF YOU'RE EASILY OFFENDED BY DOLL NUDITY, PLEASE LEAVE AND THROW YOURSELF OFF A CLIFF.***

From Left to Right: G.I. Joe - Max Steel - Flynn Rider on Bruce Lee body - Mermaid Tale Ken on Ryan body - Kristoff (Disney Prince Body)

A few weeks ago I purchased a G.I. Joe doll with the intention of using him as a body donor for my Kristoff or Hans dolls from the Disney Store, since I despise their original bodies. To my dismay, while comparing him to Kristoff's body, he's much smaller in height, and while I obviously prefer G.I. Joe's articulation, I can't stand the fact that, in this body, he'd be the exact same size as Anna or Elsa or any other Disney Store female doll. So, I brought out all of my articulated male guys for a comparison.

Kristoff and Ken are roughly the same size but Ken's head is pivotal while Kristoff's just moves from sides to sides. I know it's possible to modify the non-pivotal heads to fit on pivotal neck knobs but alas, Ken is too skinny for Kristoff's outfit, and his articulation isn't that great anyway.

I was lucky that my lame uncle forgot his (I'm pretty sure it's Medicom) Bruce Lee action figure, and Mr. Lee has, as you can see here, both a rotational neck like the DS' guys and a pivot point in the base of his neck so rebodying Flynn was easy as cake. You can see Flynn is slightly smaller than Ken, but he's actually not as tall compared to Rapunzel: a.dilcdn.com/bl/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/11/Rapunz... so I didn't have any issues with it. The skintone isn't a 100% match but with the outfit you can't really tell + I'd rather have him in a body that doesn't match than on the horrid body he came in.

Max Steel and G.I. Joe are the same height, and while Joe feels sturdier than Max, I prefer the latter because of his nice body shape. Joe's torso is kinda short and while he looks good dressed, it's really off-putting seeing him like this.

Kristoff and Sven are gathering ice way up in the mountains outside of Arendelle. They are best friends.

I just had to get the Mattel Frozen toddler set for these two cuties. I'm not crazy about the girls or Olaf, but this Kristoff is sweet. He looks like the Disney Store version which is 15."

I took these photos a few months ago in my driveway which was a sheet of ice.

I wish now that I had given him a sled and lantern, but I took these before seeing the movie multiple times and I could not remember the details.

i love everything about it,the props.. and how kristoff is side glancing to the right instead of the left like his play line version...so this is a bonus for me <3

Kristoff and Sven follow them and hide cautiously behind some rocks, or at least they think they are rocks.

"Do you, Anna, take Kristoff to be your trollfully wedded..."

"Wait, WHAT?"

"You're getting married"

I really love that scene <3

With the Elsa and Anna ones already released, seems fair that they make a Kristoff too. :)

Unboxing him made me realise how really unresolved the doll's costume is. The sleeves are separate from the jacket, and the material used for the costume is adequate at best. But worst of all, the head is plopped on a very disproportionate, small body.

The plus points are the very nice face paint on the doll, as well as the surprisingly nice gold boots on him!

P.S I only wanted him for the head, so all's well!

I got to the store at about 6:25, the first in line. I was joined about 10 minutes later by three other collectors, all of whom are regulars at these LE releases. By 8 am there were only 7 people waiting, and by 9 am, when the staff showed up, there were 12. At 9:30 am they gave out line cards, and told us that they had 16 each of Anna and Elsa, and 12 of Kristoff. There were a few Anna and Elsa left after the cards were given out, but they are completely sold out of the dolls by the time the store opened at 10 am. By the way, the Disney Store opening ceremony was skipped because the big "lock" that is used to open the store was broken off its pole. While we were waiting, a CM held a trivia contest and gave out little prizes. I got the #1 cards for the three dolls, but had to surrender them at the register when I bought the dolls. I like the look of Anna and Elsa, but Kristoff is still lacking to me. I also got the complete set of Frozen Tsum Tsum that were released today.

I will shortly post detailed photos of my dolls.

I was inspired by Frozen Sing Along at Disneyland to give this cute pair their "Anna-versary"!

So, I finally found a clone Kristoff doll a few days ago! He has the Mattel doll face sculpt, with a very good face paint that makes it look quite movie accurate.

The costume and body leave much to be desired, but more on them later!

My Frozen dolls Kristoff, Elsa, Anna and Prince Hans are posing in front of the Fall 2013 issue of the Disney twenty-three magazine, the official magazine of the D23 Disney Fan Club. They are mimicking their poses on the magazine cover. I just received the issue through the mail, and will post more images from the magazine shortly.

Elsa and Anna have been completely deboxed from the Frozen doll set, and are posing standing up side by side, supported by Kaiser doll stands (not included).

They have the legs that were introduced with the 2012 Disney Store Classic Princess 12'' dolls. That is, they have hard plastic legs with ball jointed hips, external hinged knee joints, and ball jointed ankles. Anna on the right has black plastic boots while Elsa has light blue green flat shoes. Since Anna's boots have heels, at 11 1/2'' tall she stands about 1/4'' taller than Elsa. But to the top of their hairdos, they are both about 11 3/4'' tall.

Anna's skirt and top is satin with a printed floral design. Unfortunately the dark blue skirt is unhemmed, and already has frayed edges. I'm afraid that it will start unraveling if it is handled too roughly. She has a thin pink velvet cape that has nice heart shaped closures in the front. She has a black bodice, with a light green long sleeved blouse that is sewn to the bodice. She has green velvet mittons over her hands. She has a removable gray and pink velvet cap over her head, fastened by a clear plastic band in the back. She has tall black boots with gold decoration in the front, pointy toes, and short brown heel.

Anna has a round face, with light complexion, rusty red orange medium length hair that is braided into two pigtails. Her right pigtail has a white streak. She has large green eyes that are glancing to her right, very densely packed black eyelashes, no eyeshadow, and brown and orange brows that are rather flat. Her nose and cheeks are covered in brown freckles, she has a small pointy nose, and a small mouth with very thin red lips in a slight smirk.

Elsa has two layered gown. The lower layer consists of a blue green satin skirt with a slit in the front, and a dark blue green bodice that is covered in gold glitter. It has long pale sheer blue organza sleeves. Sewn to the bodice is a floor length robe that drapes around the front in an overlapping fashion. It is made of clear organza that is overlayed with a blue green pattern of glitter depicting large snow flakes and icicles. All the glitter makes the robe rather stiff. She has blue green flat shoes that match her skirt.

Elsa has a small angular face, and a very pale complexion. Her skin is almost white in color, with a touch of pinkish purple in her face. Her hair is a very light blonde, and gelled into a dramatic series of large curls in swept back from her forehead, except for a single curl over her left forehead. Most of her hair is braided into a long ponytail that reaches her hips. She has large blue eyes glancing to her left. She has very densely packed black eyelashes, pinkish purple eyeshadow, and thin straight gray eyebrows. She has a small pointy nose, and a small mouth with very thin blood red lips in a closed mouth smile. Her cheeks are lightly rouged. Her face has an elfin appearance, although her ears are round, rather than narrow and pointed.

They are both beautiful and faithful reproductions of the lead animated characters from Frozen. But with Elsa's super pale purple pink skin, exotic, elfin facial features, big blue eyes, blood red lips, elegant hairdo over her head together with long braided light blonde hair, and ice blue glittery outfit, she is the standout of the doll set.

Prince Hans has the usual Disney Store Prince body, with a pivot jointed neck, ball jointed shoulders, hinge jointed elbows, ball jointed hips, and internal hinge jointed knees. He has large hands and feet. He stands 12 3/8'' tall in his boots, from the floor to the top of his molded hair. He is fairly stable free standing.

He has a long face, with molded short dark brown hair and long sideburns. He has small narrow green eyes, glancing to his left, dark brown eyebrows, long pointy nose, wide mouth with very thin pink lips in a closed mouth smile. He has a very long chin, and brown freckles on his cheeks and forehead. He has a light complexion.

His outfit consists of jacket, vest and shirt combo, pants and boots. The jacket is made of light gray faux suede lined in black, with gold trim and decorations. His vest is corduroy with false buttons in front, and only covers his front. It is sewn to a dark blue long sleeved shirt and dark pink ascot. He has navy blue pants with fake silver buttons in front. His boots are knee highs with heels and pointed toes.

Prince Hans is a very accurate representation of the movie character, with well fitted clothes and pleasant expression. The only thing lacking in his outfit is white gloves, and his body could be more fully articulated.

Kristoff has the usual Disney Store Prince body, with a pivot jointed neck, ball jointed shoulders, hinge jointed elbows, ball jointed hips, and internal hinge jointed knees. He has large hands and feet. He stands 12 1/4'' tall in his boots, from the floor to the top of his molded hair. He is fairly stable free standing.

He has a long face, with molded short dirty blonde hair. He has large light brown eyes, glancing to his right, dark brown eyebrows, large blunt nose, wide non-smiling closed mouth with very thin pink lips. He has a very long chin, and brown freckles on his cheeks and nose. He has a light complexion.

His outfit consists of jacket and shirt combo, pants, gloves, hat and boots. The jacket is made of dark gray faux suede with fur trim, and dark red satin sash. It is padded in the front to make him look more husky. His blue long sleeved fleece shirt is sewn to his jacket. He has blue fleece pants. His dark gray rubber boots are mid-calf high and have curved pointed toes. His gloves are gray leather with fur trim, and are tied to his hands with strings. Finally he has a fleece cap with a flat top.

Kristoff is a very accurate representation of the movie character, with well fitted clothes. As with all Disney male dolls, his body could be more fully articulated.
