The Type 051 destroyer (NATO code name Luda class) Guided missile destroyer was the first surface warfare oriented vessel ever designed and built in China, and the first Chinese ship to be fitted with an integrated combat direction system. It was usually considered to be based on the Soviet Kotlin class destroyer design though some other source saying Neustrashimy class destroyer, with some features from the Kotlin class.

On the night of 6 to 7 November 1824 in the area of. Kotlin started strong storm. The water rose above the normal of 3.5 m Such floods not yet know the history of the city. It was destroyed bastions, all the guns to pull off to the shore. On the redoubt completely washed away all the designs. Kessel destroyed a battery. Powder magazines on all the fortifications destroyed. bridges ripped to the level of the piles. many of the soldiers stationed at the post drowned. Killed 96 residents.

GDG DevFest an annual event hosted by Google to highlight the latest in technology, product innovation and initiatives. The event had diversified talks by multiple speakers on a multi-track parallel sessions, about Google Assistant, Android, Kotlin, Machine Learning, UX, and few other supporting talks about startups, WTM initiatives.

1891. Inactive since 2008. 25 m (82 ft) round cast iron tower with lantern and gallery, painted red, built just outside the walls of Fort Kronshlot. Built by Peter the Great in 1704, Fort Kronshlot is the oldest of the many fortresses protecting Kronshtadt and St. Petersburg. The range guided ships up the channel on the south side of Ostrov Kotlin toward the naval base at Kronshtadt. Located on a small island just west of the naval base, near the east end of Ostrov Kotlin. Accessible only by boat.
Approaching an old Russian naval base, I think it is called Kronstadt, but may have to do some more checking! Seemed decaying and almost obsolete.

Таких круглых пустых орудийных двориков здесь пара десятков. Если представить, что здесь стоят орудия, то выглядит действительно впечатляюще. Учитывая, что фортов было на Котлине и вокруг 20 штук, да просто береговые батареи, да огромные форты Красная Горка и Ино на берегах залива, Кронштадт действительно был неприступной крепостью. Как я понимаю, все это сделало неактуальным развитие ракетного вооружения. Вдали видна южная половина Кронштадтской дамбы.
There are about twenty of these empty round gun mounts. Back when there were guns actually installed in them, the firepower must have been impressive. Considering that there are 20 forts in total on Kotlin and nearby islets, and some smaller coastal batteries, and huge forts Krasnaya Gorka (Red Hill) and Ino on the opposite shores of the Gulf of Finland, Kronstadt must have been a truly impregnable fortress. As far as I understand, all of this became obsolete with the developments in missile armaments. The southern part of the Kronstadt dam is visible on the horizon.
