The objective of the FSR Annual Training is to develop a sound knowledge of regulatory principles for staff of
regulatory authorities and market operators. The course provides different perspectives and experiences on
energy regulation. Also, participants benefit from international networking.
The training is structured in three blocks. Block I consists of a five-day intensive course in Florence. All modules
are introduced and the course participants get to know each other as well as the instructors. Block II develops
on-line for seven months. Energy regulatory principles are studied in-depth in a well-structured and flexible
learning method. Block III, in Florence, is devoted to the discussion of applied case studies, the presentation of
topics of interest, the simulation of an electricity market, and a final one-day workshop on energy and
sustainability.

Dental Assisting students in Grades 9-10 are currently learning about preventive dentistry and the impact of public oral health. They visited with preschoolers at Kids & Company in Dover on Feb. 25, 2025, to share their newfound knowledge. Our Spartans led group activities to teach the youngsters about brushing, flossing, and the proper dietary guidelines for good health. It was a very rewarding field trip for everyone involved!
