Beyond Intellectual Profit: Using Classroom Knowledge in the Workplace: Featuring the dynamic motivational speaker Kirk Nugent, this daylong symposium focuses on putting into practice what we know about human difference.
The symposium, organized by Assistant Professor of English Their Pickens, asks students to consider how their knowledge translates from the classroom to the workplace. During the day, students can talk to alumni, potential employers, staff, and other professionals about what it means to "use" a Bates education. We will primarily focus on the way students translate knowledge about race/ethnicity, gender, ability, socio-economic status, and citizenship.
Panel includes David Bartage, Financial Manager, Proctor and Gamble; Tracey Thibodeaux, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, TD Bank; and David McDonough, director, BCDC.
Governments could censor what is seen on the internet too much, preventing their citizens from obtaining valuable knowledge( image found:http://librarianinblack.net/librarianinblack/2010/12/censorship-is-censorship-especially-when-its-the-library-of-congress.html )

Day 23 brought on a different challenge, and despite being a little bit clichè, went for the number to day trick.
I like these shots that encompass Natural lead into focus. I also love the word light which is without a doubt the most important aspect of photography.
Shot with 1 SB900 straight on at ceiling, nothing fancy.
