My knowledge of Finnish geography is still scant, but I do know that this was taken on one of the lakes near the Vaaksy canal and river.

I created this series by combining old family photographs and more recent photographs I have had shot myself. I tried to combine one of each in every photograph. The series is about exploring the power of time. I combine an old photograph with a photograph of an event or place I have visited.

On December 5, 2024, WIPO Director General Daren Tang (right) received Malawi's instrument of ratification of the WIPO Treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge from Titus Mvalo, Minister of Justice of Malawi.
Malawi is the first country to ratify the Treaty, which will take effect after 15 instruments of ratification or accession have been presented to WIPO.
