Standing outside the Hotel Parsi in La Jolla. I find that remaining perfectly still for over two seconds is a challenge for me... I carry a flash with me but prefer the images, even if a bit blurry without it.
The beautiful colors in this slouchy beanie hat are pinks, teal, blues, orange, plum and more, a large variety of colors, reminds me of a rainbow. Very stretchy, will fit any head, stretches out to 31 inches around. The yarn is 53% wool and 47% acrylic. Very soft. The measurements of this hat are lying flat on a table are across the brim or ribbing = 9 inches, across the widest part 12 inches, length top to bottom 11 1/2 inches. CaboDesigns.etsy.com
These are from a session a while back with Katie and her parents. She was so precius and so much fun to shoot. We had so much fun doing this session. Sweet Parents!

Yarn: Anne Schaefer's "Helene" and Lang "Silk Dream". The texture is really lovely.
I knitted this hat in about one week in November, then put it down because the prospect of washing, blocking, and adding the pom-poms just seemed too arduous at the time. Silly me. Anyway, I finished it on Saturday, January 12.
So I come home tonight to find a package in the mail.....
