I love the shape of these and could never find one until recently. I only have a lid for one of them. The middle one is the Golden Branch pattern.
Old empty kitchenware shelving still remained up at aisles 2 and 3 on the September 28, 2013 visit to the Southaven Goodman Rd. Kroger. New kitchenware shelving was seen on aisles 8 and 9 back on September 16, and the stock was moved to that area, as seen in a recently uploaded picture: flic.kr/p/geZd6h.

The fantastic market in Lenno is held every Tuesday morning along Viale C. Lomazzi down by the lake side. This market has numerous stalls selling; fruit and veg, cheeses and salami, outdoor clothing, fashion clothing, underwear, kitchenware, curtains and tablecovers, shoes, jewellery, fresh fish, you can even buy a bag of snails!
Was happy to find this partial Verde bowl set at the thrift today for $5! I was in need of a bowl set to actually use as everyday bowls. The goofy thing is, I had the 404, but got rid of it before I moved! Oh well :)
This morning I checked my kitchen cupboards, going to take several old plates to charity.
I want to slowly renew my kitchenware.
I bought several new plates last year.
Today I bought first of the new Arabia 140 years plates.
I'm thinking about buying maybe three more.
Going to use these as a cake plates etc.
It's going to be difficult to choose what designs to get...

Something I made for my friend that lives overseas. She and I grew up in Cincinnati, where the "flying pig" is the unofficial mascot of the city. We live far away from our hometown, but as a reminder, I always send my friend piggy stuff.

Found the first one in an antique mall in Crossville, TN. Not proud of the price, but I had to have it. It's not everyday that you see a Moon Deco in the wild. Marked $65, but paid $50 after pleading with owner.
And wouldn't ya know it...less than 15 minutes later, found the second one at a thrift store for $6.99! Was too excited to be mad about it, but really wish that we would have stopped at the thrift store first.
Neither has underplate.

FINALLY! SOME PYREX!!! Was SO excited to pick up the Friendship 502! Have been looking for it forever! I already have the 501s, but couldn't pass up these perfect ones (with lids!) for $1 each. I wanted to take a photo of my completed set, but sadly my 503 is already packed! I might try to find it anyways, haha :)
