Hey Everyone I got a ton of Constructive and great feedback about the Umbilical Corridor Kit. It has a massive Land Impact issue, Good news. I have optimized the entire build to cut it down extremely low. Please View the differences below .

This is the very first Sci Fi product i've ever created for Secondlife. With this start, a Umbilical corridor kit that allows you to connect one place to another.
My life long obsession with the Alien series with Ellen Ripley was the reason I first started building mesh in SL in the first place. I've been so obsessed with making it absolutely perfect that i missed out on actually releasing what I could make.
I was so very scared of making sci fi builds because i never wanted to screw up or have it look like crap, So i waited until i felt my skill level was at where i believed it should be to release in a Genre i love so much. So I finally got the courage to build my first kit... I hope you like it
I originally built this to be a corridor bridge from a spaceship to another starship or space station... Or asteroid base. I hope you enjoy this Sci fi builders kit...

Today, I tested out my new telephoto addition to my stable of Sony E mount compatible lenses. I have decided to stick with Sony for travel although I constantly experience with overheat issue on video recording. Somebody online has suggested to lift up the titled LCD screen to help dissipating the heat although I have not tried that yet. Nevertheless, the AF on the A6000 seems to be able to keep up with fast critters like butterflies. The Sony 55-210mm OSS is definitely inferior to Canon 55-250mm STM in terms of image quality, aperture, and focal range. On the other hand, it offers me an option to carry just one camera without breaking the bank. I have pretty much given up on manual focusing using Canon FD telephoto lenses with an adapter except, perhaps, for static objects and landscape. The adapter just adds one more thing for me to remember to carry. This 55-210mm from Sony is compact enough and is decently built. The only thing I am missing is the sharpness that I am used to with the Canon 55-210mm STM. That 's something I can live with if I want to be discreet or travel with a light weight.
sewing kit - inside, made from the book Zakka Style, compiled by Rashida Coleman-Hale. After watching the sew along from the sidelines for a few weeks, I caved in and bought the book. This is the first thing I've made from the book, it went together well, the instructions were easy to follow and I'm more than pleased with the outcome. Two changes I made were to make my own fabric ties instead of using the leather cording, and I added a row of top stitching to the pincushion to add a bit of detail and tie it in with the main kit. Fabrics used are Quilters Linen in Grey by Kona, square dot in bubblegum from Sherbet Pipsby Aneela Hoey for Moda and Scandi in coal from Summersville by Lu Summers for Moda. Blogged
Not sure if this is authentic style packaging of Kit Kats during the War, but for 2d (2p) you could get four fingers of fun while the Hun tried to scuttle your break with a deluge of bombs dropped from the Luftwaffe.
Just another sunset at Kits Beach. No post processing work done, just straight out of the camera into the computer. It was a beautiful evening to spend at the beach.

With fox kits coming out and exploring more, I was hoping that I would get one on my camera trap, and finally did this past week. You can really see how young this one is based on how big the ears are compared to the head and body, and that the fur is still kinda fuzzy. Taken with a D3300 24mm 1/60 ISO 400 f/13 with one SB 28 at 1/8th on the right about 8 feet away, there was a second light on the left that died.

A SE Finecast N7 class whitemetal kit on a vintage Trix 0-6-2 chassis. The Trix TTR chassis, with its mid-mounted motor, was a relatively easy fettle to fit the body.. This chassis maintains the vintage Trix theme of "Claremont Road" and enables the N7 to run very happily on coarse scale Super-4 track. Image done as a collage rather than 6 separate pics which wouldn't signify much on their own.
The Kit-Mar at 14th Street and Florida Avenue NW was one of many modest but long-lived and much-loved neighborhood restaurants that used to line the streets of the District. It opened in the 1930s during the restaurant and tavern renaissance that followed the repeal of Prohibition. Tom Helan and Leo McDonald were the first proprietors. By the early 1940s it was owned by impresario Leon Zeiger, owner of the Casino Royal, and later Joe Turner (1885-1947), a former middleweight wrestling champion and boxing promoter, took it over.
