Brick Model Railroader has been doing well with our Premium Instruction kits so far, but what many may not know is that we have produced a few full kits for special occasions. We donated a full copy of our BMR boxcar to our the Brickworld Charity Auction last year, and just recently produced a full version of our PS-1 boxcar in reddish brown fo a special request. These kits contained all parts needed to build the models.
Though we’re not selling full kits yet in our store, it is something we are working on. We have a plans for this year to try out selling full kits on a limited basis. We would love to hear what you think about the idea.

I got my Oleum BJD cat kit about a week back together with a 2 more kits to be painted as a commission. I ordered the 6cm Sphinx and the other kits were a 6cm Oriental and a 7cm Sphinx. Mine is the silver cocoa one with Classic Ocicat pattern.
The cat's are 3D printed and I painted them by layering dye made by diluting acrylic paint. I seeped the gradient base dye in forst and then added detail layer by layers and did a dry brushing with white to give them a more furry feel. I also glued on whiskers using hair from my own cat Neru who joined the gang in posing in couple of pics.

Got my Magic Mirror Keira in yesterday - after a long wait. Wasn't sure I'd be able to bond with her 'cause she refused the wig and eyes I'd set aside for her. Instead she decided to embrace her foxy-side and opted for a pair of orange EDs and a auburn wig... now she's my little thief :)
Another kit from essentialbears, this is the Crackers kit. He isn't finished, I ran out of steel shot & had to mail order some, hopefully that will be here tomorrow and i can sew up his torso. My bear doesn't look like the essentialbears example, but I don't mind! Mine is sort of comical looking I think.

I am a confirmed Sigma Maniac, I just love their lenses, but and I am now completely NAS'sed out.

Including new pilot case (self fitted) the kit weighs in at 10.2 kilos!!!!
The Sigma 50-150mm were second hand only six months old and a bargain (Jan 2010) I could not resist!!!
The Sigma 150-500's replaced Nikkor 70-300's (Jan 14 2010)
The Tamron 90mm Macros replaced Sigma 50mm Macros
"Kit Carson, namesake of the famous western scout, guide, trapper and Indian fighter, was founded on the Eastern Plains in 1838. In 1872 Kit Carson developed into a booming commercial center. The ideal location of Kit Carson encouraged the development of trade and supply outposts, providing the opportunity for stage companies and trading outfits to prosper. The town of Kit Carson had two locations. The original site was located near the site where Kit Carson traded with the Arapahoe and Cheyenne Indians. The present site was determined by the arrival of the railroad. Destroyed by fire three times, twice by the torchesof Indians and once by carousing cowboys, the determined citizens of the town showed their desire to survive by rebuilding. Kit Carson was the railroad terminus for the Union Pacific, and because of this fact, many opportunities became available to the future citizens of the town. The building of the railroad encouraged farmers and ranchers to settle in the area. The railroad made Kit Carson an important shipping point for cattle in the 1870's because of the connecting route to LaJunta. In fact Kit Carson became one of the largest cattle shipping points between Denver and Kansas City. The railroad brought in foreign dignitaries, such as the Grand Duke Alexis of Russia. The Grand Duke hunted in Kit Carson and was accompanied by his military escort, General George Armstrong Custer on January 20, 1872. Later Kit Carson was visited by Teddy Roosevelt as well. "Have a break... have a Kit Kat"("Tómate un respiro, Tómate un Kit Kat").
A falta de un Kit Kat, tampoco es mala idea una cerveza, por lo menos eso fue lo que pensaron estas tres personas que se encontraban vendiendo genero en la Plaza de San Martin en Leon .
Es difícil encontrarse a las personas que ejercitan este tipo de trabajo,( llamémoslo irregular ), con tal aparente relajación, no es habitual, o por lo menos yo no lo he visto así, normalmente suelen mostrarse nerviosos e inquietos, evidentemente los motivos todos conocemos.

kit apagão prontinho.Com direito a caixa de fósforo decorada e duas velas(que não constam na foto mas que fazem parte do Kit).Um pau de canela para perfumar e pendurar na parede. Na hora do blecaute não passe aperto tenha sempre um lugar certinho onde encontrar luz!

INFAMOUS LANDMARK
Chow Kit Market is recognised as one of Malaysia’s most infamous landmarks. Located at the northern end of Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, it is divided into two halves: the first half is home to the city’s unofficial Red Light District, while the other part is KL’s most popular local market. Even though it is not as well known to tourists, Chow Kit Market is definitely exciting. However it is not a place for the faint hearted, with vendors who are pushy and it takes a thick skin to get serious bargains here.
The spotlight on Chow Kit Market focuses on its main street: a lively and culturally-enriching scene. Although the area may not be the most kosher quarter of KL it plays host to the largest wet market in Malaysia. Also known as the Bazaar Baru Chow Kit, this rustic makeshift market is a kaleidoscope of colours and fragrances. The bazaar is shaded by oversized, colourful umbrellas and divided into a wet and dry section with the colourful souk commonly frequented by locals, especially the neighbourhood’s Malay community.
