: Kintsugi. Handmade paper with imbedded leaves. Elephant poo papers; gold leaf; Golden gel medium; Gloss Mod Podge; cotton thread; Micron .08 pen; Epson printer using Cracked and Apple Casual fonts; poem “Blessing for a Broken Vessel” by Jan Richardson.
This sequence of photographies is my way of expressing to the world that, in the same way that life hits us and makes us feel fragile, we fix ourselves. Becoming more and more valuable and stronger every day. I know sometimes it's hard to think about it, but I'm sure it's possible to get ahead.
