The kavad's doors are very bouncy, and it's difficult to get it all to stay shut naturally. The final version will have to be a lot more carefully fitted together, with a bunch of hooks and eyes to help keep it tight when not in use.

I've started inking the zodiac signs while my brain mulls what to do about the signs of Geomancy. It frustrates me that they don't fit properly into a simple grid, like the zodiac does.

Ok. So... I screwed up. I started Water with these spiral things, and then realized "hey wait, this is the space where Air is supposed to go!". So then I finished the Air scene with airy color, but I'm definitely going to have to redo this one at some point.

The water image came out much better don't you think?

I'm not sure if the kavad should be labeled yet with the names or meanings of things. Any thoughts, Watchers?
