I visited Barcelona last week, first time in Spain! And what an amazing vacation that was. One of the most magickal places I found in Barcelona was a little shop named Papirum. Located on Baixada Llibreteria 2 in the picturesque Gothic Quarter, this store was stacked with all sorts of journals (amongst many other things), on shelfs from floor to ceiling. I chose this little journal to be mine, I fell in love with the soft leather cover and the leathery and papery smell. The journal is made by Manufactus (an Italian company), the journal dimensions are: 14.7 x 10.2 cm / 5.8 x 4 in :: And you can visit Papirum here: papirumbcn.com
. . . part of my reading "nook," for Laure Ferlita's class, AJ: Explorations.
Watercolor on Arches paper.
Made this in response to Kira's journal challenge. My journal book is kind of small, so I spread it over 2 pages. Also, I don't have a scanner, so I had to snap a picture......(I am a semi-newbie to art journals.....and as the journaling suggests---I need to fdevelop & find my style, and become more confident and believe in myself...need to learn more...and to learn to confidently let it flow....have fun...) Go easy on me....
Journal entry blog that I've design for another site.
LOOKING BACK
Its been a hell of a year as far as design is concern. This year was the first time I’ve ever posted my work on the web. With the combined exposure I've received from Bittbox and deviantART, I've gained many friends from all points of the globe. Design is truly an international affair with unlimited boundaries.
LOOKING AHEAD
The future can be as scary as a troubled past or as bright as a new beginning. Either way there is always something there waiting for you. It’s up to you to find out what it truly is. Setting goals and exercising ambition are one of the main ingredients in realizing what this gift MIGHT be . . . however you’ll probably never really know for sure. I myself have absolutely no clue. What I do know is that I want to leave a legacy. I want my work to speak louder than I ever could. And in doing so, inspire nations to express themselves to their full capacity and bring as many people with me as I can.
Care to join me? When armed with creativity, we can do anything.

•The truth about Yosemite: www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/Sexual-Harassment-Common-in...
This is a daily account of 6 years living and working in a culture of bullying, harassment, intimidation, mobbing and corruption that thrives in Yosemite National Park. Many call it Workplace Mobbing, Gang Stalking, Community Stalking; it is what it is. I’d like to thank my incompetent, immoral, immature, corrupt managers; for giving me the time and inspiration for this photo, by suspending me for standing up for my rights and the rights of every American.
This link has examples of the immoral behavior allowed in Yosemite National Park:
Gang Stalking, Community Stalking and Workplace Mobbing are Psychological Torture. These illegal and immoral acts are carried out by my coworkers, residents and contractors, in Yosemite National Park every day. They are allowed by Yosemite’s Superintendent and Law Enforcement.

O-wire bound from day 1 to 26. Such a lovely and long journey filled with thousand pieces of old Christmas memories.
