More beautiful in real life.

My lovely German irises that I am growing in my garden. These are the ones I planted last fall.

Starple (Burseen, 1994) - from an e-bay seller.

Taken at Argyle Acres on 04-26-08. I'll try to add the variety as I have time.

Wasn't really happy with most of the animal pictures, but rather like this one.

2011 October. Blooms from around the garden. A beautiful time of year

The gardens of “Danson Park” may not be amongst the worlds most breathtaking and majestic. But for us they are a labour of love over the past 31 years.

This mini Iris popped up next to my house.

But I always like to call it a Van Gogh Iris as the artist somehow turned this flower into a Dutch icon. Taken in Abcoude in Jan & Ineke's garden 2010.

Taken at Dawes Arboretum (OH).
