From the fated day in Glen Nevis, my car was broken into and Richard had his wallet stolen and my Ipod went!!! When this image was made we were of course unaware of this fact, and were having a great time. The conditions were great, as was the light. I haven't seen a freeze like this in the 6-7 years I have been up here, amazing conditions on the river.
I was struck bye the pattern the water was making running over the ice,and the catchlights on the ice edges, the river was thawing upstream and flooding across the underlying ice.

I hate when I toss my iPod (which has a protective cover on it already) into my bag only for my headphones to beome all entangled in everything else I own. Therefore, the leftover yarn from my Koigu Gauntlets (and there's still enough leftover to make another two of these babies!) knit up into an iPod Nano Cozy that keeps the headphones nicely wrapped around my iPod.
Pattern: I don't need no pattern!!!
Yarn: Koigu KPPPM leftover bit.
Needles: 2.75mm DPN
This only took about an hour tops to knit up too!
