Modified from the original photo from my daughter's iPhone5c

It took nearly three years, but I finally finished the bathroom cabinet doors, and now they're smiling at me.

Shot in B+W, "Noir", iPhone 5c.

A drive in the country can some times turn up interesting things, found in a small town that doesn't exist anymore.

Prossessed on an iPhone using PRISMA - Style: Breakfast - and then slid in Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0

March in New Orleans…

so different from the greys and browns

of late winter in Chicago.

No wonder I was smitten on my first visit,

beginning 5 March 1992.

Waiting for the class on Street Photography to start I grabbed a shot of the window of the library.

Used DAP for processing on this version (Illustrator Water & Ink).

(77/366) Martin is off to view a couple of cottages for sale in Co. Wexford today. Last night I made sure he had everything he needs including €12 cash for the return car ferry, he made his own sandwiches & flask this morning. Unfortunately I have to stay home & mind the dogs this time, they can't be left for 9 or 10 hours. One of the disadvantages of both the kids moving out, our free dog sitting service is no more.

A view of VIA57 (a.k.a. the 'Holy Tostitio') from across the West Side Highway. This face of the building looks out on the Hudson River.

The quadrilateral shape in the middle of the building that tricks the eye is actually an indentation. An outdoor courtyard lies just beyond the lowest corner of the quadrilateral.

The dark 'slots' in the more gray-ish side of the building are windows for the apartments within the building.

VIA57 is still under construction, so I wasn't able to get inside. I love the lines of the building, and I think its shape is unique and a bit audacious. I'm a fan.

One of my experiments while I waited for a friend.

He was not wicked. :-))
