Out of the IPA sanctuary comes Ducks, a DDH IPA that delivers big time juicy lemon, lime, and grapefruit aroma. In relation to the rest of our flock, Ducks has a flavour intensity that sits somewhere in between our APA and our classic Burdock IPA. We dry-hopped Ducks with our freshest and punchiest hops – El Dorado, Idaho 7, Citra – and the result will send you gliding on winds of tangerine candy, honeydew melon, and citrus vitamin C tabs.

The last bottle of Bridgeport IPA in the house, ever, thanks to Gambrinus not really getting the idea of how to run small breweries (plus because the land it sits on is in the middle of the Pearl District and is worth more to scrape and sell than it is to sell beer from.)

last time I was in NYC I couldn't find this place, I didn't know the name, and didn't want to look it up... last night I made the point of looking it up. Had this IPA and the seasonal Heffen, both good.

Nice, tasty organic (økologisk) IPA from a brewery near Copenhagen.
