All being well, I am going to turn this parcel of ingredients into twenty-odd litres of refreshing IPA. Those are Amarillo hops, for cool light aromas and quenching finish.

This is where we can sit to enjoy the shade outside the office. On the hottest day, we don't sweat in Riyadh, that's if we're in the shade.

R&B is from Vancouver. Surprisingly unhoppy IPA.

Crisp and dry. This ipa is on the hoppy side, but still very refreshing.

Jolly Rogger lunch. This is a wonderful domestic IPA with a little citrus flavor.

A very fresh-tasting yet strong IPA all the way from Hawaii. In a can. Lovely after a brutal 5 set Murray match.

This is my first ever homebrew that I ever drank. Yes I know I used "ever" twice in that sentence, but it was that sentimental when first I popped the cap on this little fella. I was so pleased just that there was carbonation. The taste wasn't half bad either.

Seriously, I have no idea how we ended up with all of these Rogue Brutal IPAs. The sandwich pairing here was a little spicy chicken spingroll. The evening was starting to fade into fuzziness at this point at O'Hares Gastropub.
