India Pelican Ale at Pelican Brewery in Pacific City, Oregon, USA.
In my book one of the top 5 best IPAs I've ever tasted (and I've tasted probably a hundred or two).
We were particularly thrilled to find the Pelican Brewery serving this one on what is called "cask conditioned." We consider the term to mean British style: cellar temperature and hand pumped from the tap without added CO2.
Thank you to the brewers at Pelican for making their IPA available on cask. We LOVE IT!
The campaign was "Evita Peron" This is her arriving to a throng of fans. She is tired from her hectic life but still looks elegant as she faces another fanfare.

I think this is a department store, or an electronics store. Regardless, the [dʒéi] here is International Phonetic Alphabet, and precisely spells out the sounds you say when you say the name of the letter "j". And it's gorgeous, just gorgeous IPA.

This is a definitive Northwest IPA. It has the perfect balance of hops to malt... and the hops are there from the first whiff, throughout the taste and on to a lovely, lingering finish

I'm still not happy with the white balance.

Nils Oscar Hop Yard IPA (2011)

Den bärnstensfärgade drycken har en söt, fruktig doft av humle, sirap, örter & lite rök.
Hop Yard har ett beige skum som lämnar rester på glaset då det sjunker ned till nån millimetertjockt täcke.
Maltig smak av torkad frukt, lime, bröd & peppar. En lång efterbeska som stannar bak på tungan.

Thornbridge - Jaipur IPA 5.9%. Another Ale worth a re-visit. If you like IPAs, then this is among the best. There is a certain smooth oilyness to most hop endowed beers, due to the myrcene oil in hops, and despite the bitterness this softens and at the same time lengthens the Hop impact. I am talkin' crap, this is a delicious beer, that I re-rate at 8.5/10.
