Installation for BLINK Cincinnati 2022 by Antaless Visual Design and Alessio Cassaro.
Built in 1908, this Beaux Arts-style public assembly hall building was designed by Samuel Hannaford & Sons with sculptures by Clement John Barnhorn, and was funded by the Grand Army of the Republic and dedicated to Hamilton County as a memorial to the fallen military personnel from Cincinnati and Hamilton County. The building features several interior meeting halls of varying sizes, with the largest being the 556-seat Annie W and Elizabeth M Anderson Theater, designed to host speeches, but which is also utilized for film screenings, concerts, and theatrical performances. The building features a limestone exterior with two-story ionic columns, a cornice with dentils and brackets, arched window openings on the front with decorative window screens, ornate metal doors with decorative surrounds featuring brackets, keystones, and pediments, banded stone at the corners, decorative frieze sculptures at the corners below the cornice, roman lattice windows and a large front pediment above the cornice and front colonnade, with sculptures between the windows, a large eagle sculpture at the top of the building. The limestone cladding wraps the corner one bay on the north side of the building with decorative window surrounds on the portion of this facade clad with limestone, with a simpler buff brick facade with limestone trim further back, where there are three arched windows, and roman lattice windows above the cornice. A contemporary elevator addition, also built in buff brick, obscures part of the north facade. The west facade is largely blank, as this originally faced the adjacent buildings of the Cincinnati College of Music, later part of the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. which were mostly demolished after the school became part of the University of Cincinnati in the 1960s, and subsequently moved to a modern building on the main University of Cincinnati campus. The south facade, facing Grant Street, is similar in character to the main facade along Elm Street, entirely clad in limestone with corner bays featuring decorative window surrounds and banded stone at the corners, with the three center bays being separated by corinthian pilasters and being home to arched window openings with the second story windows featuring decorative metal window screens, triglyphs on either side of the arched windows, a bracketed cornice with dentils, and roman lattice windows above the cornice. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978 owing to its architectural significance, and is a contributing structure in the Over-the-Rhine Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The building underwent an extensive renovation, finished in 2016, which restored several altered and damaged historic features, repaired the exterior, enlarged the restrooms, added a catering kitchen, replaced the seating in the auditorium, and modernized the building systems.

The Erechtheion stands alone among know Greek buildings for its irregular plan arising from the combination of three small temples in one structure. Its architectural treatment is free and unfettered as it plan. The Ionic porticos in part of the building are different in arrangement and effect. The smaller one has in place of columns those noble and dignified draped female figures (caryatides) one of which was in the British Museum having been replaced by a cast on the actual building. The originals are now in the Acropolis Museum and those in situ are cast

Built in 1931, this Classical Revival and Art Deco-style building was designed by Walker and Weeks to house the renowned Cleveland Orchestra. Severance Hall is named for John L. Severance, and his wife, Elisabeth Huntingdon DeWitt Severance, whom made their money as trustees of Standard Oil, and funded the construction of the building. The building is wedge-shaped with an octagonal southwest section housing the lobby, and a fan-shaped northeast section, housing the auditorium. The building is sited on a knoll overlooking Wade Lagoon in Wade Park at the corner of Euclid Avenue and East Boulevard in Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood, and features landscaped grounds with planting beds, trees, and a front terrace.
The building is clad in limestone with a Classical Revival-style exterior, featuring a front facade with a two-story ionic portico on the second and third floors below a pediment, a large Palladian window at the rear of the portico, decorative sculptural reliefs, and decorative window surrounds, with ionic pilasters on the side facades, cartouches, pediments, and festoons, entrances to the ground floor on the side facades that open into elliptical vestibules and feature aluminum doors and cartouches above, with other areas of the building featuring stone balustrades, ornamental metal lampposts and light fixtures, window hoods with brackets, and elliptical oxeye windows.
Inside, the building’s ground floor common areas have a more distinctly Art Deco appearance, with terrazzo floors, marble wall cladding and columns, original elevators with wooden paneling, velvet upholstered bench seats, aluminum trim, and original operating knobs, aluminum trim and doors throughout the interior, aluminum railings at the marble staircases, Art Deco wall sconces, recessed water fountains, marble ionic pilasters, and the remains of a former automobile drive-through on the ground floor. The elliptical Bogomolny-Kozerefski Grand Foyer, the lobby for the main auditorium, is a mix of Classical Revival and Art Deco elements in a two-story space on the first and second floors, which features fluted red marble composite columns with gilded capitals, gilded trim, an ornate terrazzo floors, torchiere-style light fixtures, mural panels depicting the history of music, decorative chandeliers, grand staircases, a second-story balcony, and niches at the staircase landings. The Reinberger Chamber Hall on the ground floor features a Classical Revival design with wall murals, wooden paneling, a heavily decorated ceiling, a stage with a proscenium arch that resembles curtains, velvet upholstered seats, candelabra-style wall sconces, and accessible box seats in the rear with arched openings. The main auditorium, the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel Concert Hall, is of an ornate Art Deco design with some classical flourishes, and features an ornate ceiling with silver leaf elements, a mix of floral and geometric motifs, boxes on either side of the stage with fluted trim surrounds, a banded proscenium arch, a neotraditional 21st Century band shell that mimics the details of the historic auditorium, balconies with decorative details at their edges, silver details resembling ferns that appear to drip down the walls from the ceiling to the wooden and aluminum paneling on the lower portion of the walls at the rear of the balconies, and a ribbed ceiling.
The building was renovated in 1970 with the removal of the ground floor automobile drive, and was later extensively renovated and expanded in 1998-2000 under the direction of architect David M. Schwarz, renovating the ground floor, adding the present band shell, restoring original character-defining features, updating building systems, and adding a staircase to an adjacent underground parking garage. The building today continues to house the Cleveland Orchestra, considered by critics to be one of the best orchestras in the world, and one of the most prominent orchestras in the United States. The building today hosts not just the Cleveland Orchestra, but other events including concerts, lectures, performances, and the venue for the commencement of Case Western Reserve University.
The major features of the Ionic order are the volutes of its capital, which have been the subject of much theoretical and practical discourse, based on a brief and obscure passage in Vitruvius. The only tools required were a straight-edge, a right angle, string (to establish half-lengths) and a compass. Below the volutes, the Ionic column may have a wide collar or banding separating the capital from the fluted shaft. Or a swag of fruit and flowers may swing from the clefts formed by the volutes, or from their "neck."

Built in 1921, the Renaissance Revival-style eastern wing of this building was designed by Cass Gilbert to serve as the Main Branch of the Detroit Public Library, replacing an earlier structure on Library Square in Downtown Detroit, which had opened in 1872. The building was expanded with a significant western addition along Cass Avenue in 1963, designed by Cass Gilbert, Jr. and Francis Keally in the Modern New Formalist style. The original building is clad in white marble with a loggia featuring arched openings flanked by fluted ionic pilasters on the second floor, acroterions, a cornice with dentils, metal-frame windows, and bronze lampposts flanking the front steps. The addition is shorter, with marble-clad exterior, an entrance portico with red columns and a large mosaic, and recessed window bays. The original wing features interior spaces with decorative coffered ceilings featuring ornate carved wood and plaster that is painted, vaulted ceilings, marble staircases, decorative chandeliers, and stained glass windows. The addition, meanwhile, features a more restrained interior, with wooden paneling, travertine floors and columns, metal railings, and escalators. The building is a contributing structure in the Cultural Center Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Today, the building remains in use as the central main branch of the Detroit Public Library.
The current implementation has the view and edit form in the same page. Not sure if this is the best approach, or if edit and add should share a dialog.

Fitbit has introduced two of the best smart watches for sports and health; Fitbit Ionic for SR 1399 and Fitbit Versa for SAR 899. The company has tried to somewhat extend the attractiveness of its smart watches through the Versa rendering clock, as it offers a more attractive design at a lower price, but can it be compared with the most expensive Ionic clock? Let's find out.
the design
There is already a big difference between the two hour design, both of which offer very high manufacturing quality in terms of thickness and weight. They are also excellent in terms of long use, but we can say that Versa is the best hand design concept.
The Fitbit Ionic watch comes with a remarkable design with a size of 30 grams and a thickness of 12.2 mm. Fitbit Versa comes with 38mm round edges and corners and 11.2mm thickness. The Ionic is lighter in weight but with higher thickness, while Versa comes in lower thickness and heavier weight to a small extent.
The two hours offer the advantage of water resistance, but Ionic can resist water up to 50 meters, so the preference here comes in favor of Ionic clock.
The differences are somewhat simple, but ultimately depend on the general taste. The Versa Clock can be close to daily use, while the Ionic design looks very sporty.
Finally, both hours offer the option of changing the bracelet.
the screen
Both hours offer excellent screens with a brightness of up to 1000 lumens. You will not have any problem with the use of clocks under the sun, with both screens displaying color and pure screens.
Functions
The two hours include Bluetooth technology for pairing version 4.2 as well as NFC technology, and Ionic offers Wi-Fi connectivity.
For storage, the Ionic clock offers 2.5 GB, versus 4 GB for Versa Clock. The two hours will allow you to store photos and music files.
Both devices feature speedometer for track and movement, heart rate scale, altimeter, light sensor, intelligent tracking feature, calls, messaging, calendar and music, all with the special Fitbit interface, which is very good in terms of smoothness.
There is also the relative SpO2 sensor to track oxygen in the blood, but neither of these devices currently benefits. There is also the feature of tracking sleep hours, in addition to the automatic prediction feature.
The most important functions of the Ionic clock are not the Versa clock, the GPS function, so you can use the GPS directly from the clock, while you will need to connect your phone to the hour to use this function with the Versa clock.
The Fitbit Pay app is available on both hours, but check if your bank supports pay-per-call.
the battery
The Ionic clock is superior to the Versa watch in the battery issue. With alerts activated and a heart rate sensor, the Versa clock provided about four and a half days of use. As for the Ionic clock, it provided 7 days of use. Thus, the battery here has a preference for the Fitbit Ionic watch.
