Intuitive Machines - IM-2 - Athena Lander (Nova-C Class)- Last image from the lunar landing zone - Magnification and reconstruction via AI.
This is our version, via our artificial intelligence models, of the last image from Intuitive Machines Mission 2 (IM-2)
The NOVA-C-class lander Athena succeeded in the most southerly lunar landing ever, but this time the lander also lay on its side.
We attempted a calibration of the image by trying to visually preserve every piece of the lander.
The file is available at 37.86 million pixels for download at a resolution of 7128x5312 pixels.

The волк беспилотный [Вариант четыре], or wolf drone V4 (variant 4) is an Eastern Russian drone used primarily in urban warfare. Its AI was programmed after the common wolf's nature: aggressive, stealth, and intuitive. Its ability to go prone or arch its back makes it highly maneuverable in tight locations, hence its use in urban terrain.
Hey guys, this is what I was working on that night when I posted the previous video on my stream! I apologize for my recent inactivity, but I haven't had much time for LEGO or Flickr at the moment since it is the height of the swim season! I have a few more builds I want to complete before the end of January, including the large scenes I have shown in WIPs.
Also, it was my birthday recently, and I got a new Camera: the Canon PowerShot! It's awesome, and records video, so expect more of those?

La Loggia, situata nel piano terreno e composta da cinque archi che sono attualmente chiusi da vetrate protettive, prende il nome dalla decorazione ad affresco dipinta nel 1518 sulla volta dalla scuola di Raffaello su disegni del maestro, dove si raffigurarono episodi ispirati all’Asino d’oro di Apuleio, della favola di di Amore e Psiche, già impiegata nel Quattrocento per immagini di argomento nuziale.
La loggia serviva da palcoscenico per le feste e le rappresentazioni teatrali organizzate dal proprietario.
Per dare un carattere festoso e spettacolare all’ambiente, Raffaello trasformò la volta della Loggia d’ingresso in una pergola, come se i pergolati e i padiglioni del giardino si fossero prolungati all’interno della Villa in ricchi festoni. Al centro due finti arazzi : il sontuoso Convito degli Dei, in cui la fanciulla ingiustamente perseguitata viene infine accolta nel consesso divino, e Le nozze di Amore e Psiche, culmine simbolico dell’intero ciclo.
Tuttavia, è da ricordare che l’impianto generale dell’affresco e l’ideazione delle singole scene e figure si devono alla geniale intuizione di Raffaello, ma agli affreschi lavorarono spesso numerosi artefici della sua bottega, tra cui Giovan Francesco Penni, Giulio Romano e Giovanni da Udine, autore, in particolare, dell’esuberante trionfo dei festoni di fiori e frutta.
The Loggia takes its name from the decoration frescoed on the vault by Raphael and his workshop in 1518. The frescos represent episodes from the fable of Psyche, narrated in Apuleiu’s Golden Ass, which had already been used in the fifteenth century for nuptial imagery.
The loggia was also used as a stage for celebrations and theatrical performances organised by Agostino himself.
To give the space a festive and theatrical feel to it, Raphael also transformed the vault of the Loggia into a pergola, adorned with magnificent hanging festoons, as though the greenery of the gardens had invaded the Villa itself. In the centre he designed two fictive tapestries which depict the concluding scenes: the splendid Council of the Gods, where the unjustly persecuted girl is finally received by the gods with divine complacence, and the Marriage of Cupid and Psyche, the symbolic culmination of the entire cycle.
However, although the general layout of the cycle and planning of the individual scenes and figures are attributed to the intuitive genius of Raphael (proven by a number of autographic sketches), the actual completion of the designs into frescos was carried out by his numerous workshop assistants, including Giovanni Francesco Penni, Giulio Romano and Giovanni da Udine. The latter, in particular, was the creator of the exuberant triumphal festoons.

A quick comparison between the new Affinity app and Lightroom Classic. The file is a raw dng file from a Leica M11 Monochrom camera. Both images cropped and tweaked slightly. Full disclosure, I'm flying blind with the new Affinity app so it's definitely possible that I could have gotten a better result if I knew what I was doing. I'm a long time LRC user so it is much more intuitive for me. I may try this again if I can get a better handle on Affinity. The reason for this is that there are very few apps that can handle the monochrome files from the Leica cameras so having another app that can do so would be appreciated.
This finely detailed image shows the heart of NGC 1097, a barred spiral galaxy that lies about 48 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Fornax. This picture reveals the intricacy of the web of stars and dust at NGC 1097’s center, with the long tendrils of dust seen in a dark red hue. We can see this intricate structure thanks to two instruments on the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope: the Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3) and the Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS).
The idea that two different cameras can take a single image is not very intuitive. However, it makes far more sense after delving into how beautiful astronomical images like this are composed. Our eyes can detect light waves at optical wavelengths between roughly 380 and 750 nanometers, using three types of receptors, each of which is sensitive to just a slice of that range. Our brain interprets these specific wavelengths as colors. By contrast, a telescope camera like the WFC3 or ACS is sensitive to a single, broad range of wavelengths to maximize the amount of light collected. Raw images from telescopes are always in grayscale, only showing the amount of the light captured across all those wavelengths.
Color images from telescopes are created with the help of filters. By sliding a filter over the aperture of an instrument like the WFC3 or ACS, only light from a very specific wavelength range passes through. One such filter used in this image is for green light around 555 nanometers. This yields a grayscale image showing only the amount of light with that wavelength, allowing astronomers to add color when processing the image. This multicolor image of NGC 1097 is composed of images using seven different filters in total.

Carrying NASA technology demonstrations and science investigations, Intuitive Machines is targeting their Moon landing no earlier than 12:32 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 6. The company’s Nova-C lunar lander is slated to land in Mons Mouton, a lunar plateau near the Moon’s South Pole, as part of NASA’s CLPS (Commercial Lunar Payload Services) initiative and Artemis campaign to establish a long-term lunar presence.

After a successful launch on Feb. 15, six NASA science instruments and technology demonstrations continue their journey to the Moon aboard Intuitive Machines’ lander named Odysseus. The company confirmed communications contact with its mission operations control in Houston, and its lander continues to perform as expected.
Known as IM-1, Intuitive Machines successfully transmitted its first images back to Earth on Feb. 16. These were captured shortly after separation from SpaceX’s second stage, on Intuitive Machines’ first journey to the Moon as part of the agency’s Commercial Lunar Payload Services initiative and Artemis campaign.
All powered NASA science instruments on board the Intuitive Machines Odysseus lander have completed their transit checkouts, received data, and are operating as expected, including LN-1 (Lunar Node 1). LN-1 has made three successful passes with NASA’s Deep Space Network, establishing real-time communications with ground stations on Earth. The anticipated landing time is now 4:24 p.m. EST on Thursday, Feb. 22.

Storm Claudio really battered my tent during the night and the two-and-a-quarter mile up to Higger Tor at half-five in the morning seemed anything but the intuitive thing to. The brief windows between the bands of rain brought some stunningly beautiful moments, this one caught at sunrise at Higger Tor.
I don't know if the narrow monolith in the foreground has a colloquial name, but seeing as we have the Kit Kat Stones, I'd like to go with "The Flake".
Unfortunately I really started to feel unwell as the morning progressed and the weather was such that I couldn't see it being sensible to carry on with the rest of my week's camp.
Intuitively, defining poverty doesn't seem necessary: we know it when we see it. But while we can probably agree that the inhabitants of Dickensian slums were in poverty, in many cases today things aren't so clear cut.
It's partly because of this difficulty that there are several measures available. The main government figures are for absolute and relative poverty, measured before and after housing costs.
Although the figures produced by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) are referred to as measuring relative and absolute low income, it's common to refer to them as measures of poverty (for example, in the Child Poverty Act or at Prime Minister's Questions).
Relative poverty
Relative poverty generally means that a person can't afford an "ordinary living pattern"—they're excluded from the activities and opportunities that the average person enjoys.
A household is in relative poverty (also called relative low income) if its income is below 60% of the median household income.
The median is the number 'in the middle' of a set—so half of all households earn more than the median income household, and half earn less.
Absolute poverty
Absolute poverty is slightly trickier. The definition used by a number of international organisations (such as the UN and the World Bank) is that you cannot afford the basic needs of life—food, clothing, shelter and so on.
This is absolute in the sense that it’s measured relative to a fixed standard of living, rather than the rest of the population.
This isn’t the definition used by the UK government.

On Feb. 22, Intuitive Machines’ Nova-C lander, called Odysseus, completed a seven-day journey to lunar orbit and softly landed near crater Malapert A in the South Pole region of the Moon at 6:24 p.m. EST. On Feb. 24, NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) spacecraft passed over the landing site at an altitude of about 56 miles (90 km) and photographed Odysseus.
