inside and very real too (but not a photo one can cherrish), her sister arrived and instantly she looked different (as she was at real begining with me too), before we begin to speak

The NPL gallery has many interactive displays like this one, which is currently showing a film clip of three former NPL staff discussing the development of networking technology (far more interestingly than I've described it here!)

Perhaps not the most flattering picture of Good Egg's Mika Bareket but it does show how the evening encouraged table diner interaction (celebration and discovery). It was fun.

Holons are topological enfoldings of a non-breakable, dynamic, indestructible, very elastic Membrane. They can explain gravity, the fundamental forces in nature and physics, and the fundamental interconnectivity and interactions between all beings and all objects.

Holons are multi-layered "spaces". A holon contains always parts of the two parents Membrane peaks. The penetrator is Yang (male, lingam) and the acceptor is Yin (female, Yoni).

The two Yin membrane parts cover partly the Yang peak.

In the simplest form the holon has only three layers. When holons combine to more complex holons there are much more layers. And even the orientation (which peak is active and which is passive?) influences the outcome, since the unbrokenness implicates a non-commutative reality, where magical mathematical commutative tricks are not allowed or causally possible.

This concept shows the Concept of the Universal Energy Coupling. The essence is how two elements of Neutral Energy (Zero Field Energy) can couple/join because one is active and one is passive, making together a new specific energetic union. Such new holon can be a fundamental particle in physics, that is logically constructed by the dynamics of a single cosmological membrane. So we don't need Quantum Uncertainty (HUP) to explain nature.

This approach makes it clear how the Union of BODY and MIND is topologically constructed, and how consciousness fits in this.

Messa di Voce (Ital., "placing the voice") is an audiovisual performance in which the speech, shouts and songs produced by two abstract vocalists are radically augmented in real-time by custom interactive visualization software. The performance touches on themes of abstract communication, synaesthetic relationships, cartoon language, and writing and scoring systems, within the context of a sophisticated, playful, and virtuosic audiovisual narrative.

Tmema's software transforms every vocal nuance into correspondingly complex, subtly differentiated and highly expressive graphics. These visuals not only depict the singers' voices, but also serve as controls for their acoustic playback. While the voice-generated graphics thus become an instrument which the singers can perform, body-based manipulations of these graphics additionally replay the sounds of the singers' voices — thus creating a cycle of interaction that fully integrates the performers into an ambience consisting of sound, virtual objects and real-time processing.

Messa di Voce lies at an intersection of human and technological performance extremes, melding the unpredictable spontaneity and extended vocal techniques of two master composer-improvisers with the latest in computer vision and speech analysis technologies. Utterly wordless, yet profoundly verbal, Messa di Voce is designed to provoke questions about the meaning and effects of speech sounds, speech acts, and the immersive environment of language.

Dominic REALLY wants to have a baby sister. To the point of telling people that mommy's got a baby in her tummy, apparently hoping that now that he's told people, I'm going to have to hustle and make it be true.

This is my friend's baby, and Dominic was all over her at Thanksgiving Feast.

The thing I found amusing is that their experssions match so well in every photo ^_^

When MXR_011 (the mixer) "sees" someone with its proximity sensor it will spin away from them (we figured when it is in regular use it would have to mix in one direction only - so in the tea house it would spin whichever way takes its fancy).
